You're Someone Close To Me ( Part-3/3 )

KABIR'S POV:-

It has been days since the incident. Vansh came home but still is under heavy medications.  Also I didn't go out of my room. Riddhima's words still ring in my ears. I tried to focus on bringing her back to me but then I see her running here and there for Vansh. Looking at all this I ask myself, will she do the same for me if I forcefully take her away from Vansh? The answer is No. Maybe she's right. I was there to fulfil her insecurities and she was there to fulfil my insecurities. Nothing more.

Also I called Vansh's doctor. He said that there are ways to get back his memories. But all are dangerous. I decided to leave on a big break. Just roam around the world. Maybe I'll find my love.

But before going I need to make things right which are messed up by me. This break will help me to forget Riddhima. The less I see her the better. Today, at night I'll execute my plan: Bring Vansh's Memory Back. I'm choosing the least dangerous method according to me.

AT NIGHT:

I tiptoed to Vansh's room. He was sleeping peacefully. Also Riddhima was nowhere to be seen around him. I went beside him and stood there. I took a deep breath and started.

Kabir: Vansh, you know? You're married. Yes, married. Not a love one but a forced one. You forced Riddhima into marrying her. Oh Riddhima! How did you meet Riddhima? You met her at a party. She landed there as a party organiser. But then you liked her work and invited her to organise a cruise party. There you came to know that she is a physiotherapist. Hearing that, you made her Sia's personal physiotherapist. After three four days you started being suspicious of her. So in order to know her truth, you forced her to marry you. Day after day she started spying on you and you started loving her. But one day she came to know that she knows about Ragini being alive. And then she kidnapped her. Then suddenly I got the fake proofs of you murdering Ragini. I took you to a cliff. There instead of getting killed by my bullet you preferred to die on your own and jumped off the cliff. But you were saved. On my and Riddhima's wedding day, you came back. Everything got back to normal. You accepted me as your step-brother. But then you came to know about mom killing your real mother. And you told me to arrest her. While going out of the house she shot Riddhima.

Vansh ( getting up out of sleep ): RIDHIMAAA.....

And my work was done. He will himself remember the remaining part. I walked out of the room quietly and hid. Riddhima came worried.

Riddhima: What happened Vansh?

He just looked her for a few seconds. And then he fainted in her arms. She ran quickly and called the doctor. After some time, the doctor came and examined him.

Doctor: He might have gained his memories. Let him gain consciousness. I'm here waiting.

He got up after a few minutes.

Vansh: Riddhima, I remember everything.

Finally! These were the only words I wanted to hear. Bringing Vansh's memory back will be my small repay for whatever bad I did. And leaving them for the better will be my another repay. Although I'm gonna come back.

RIDDHIMA'S POV:-

Vansh: Riddhima, I remember everything.

Those words. Those words are the only thing I wanted to hear from so long. They feel so surreal. I got a bit emotional hearing his statement. He immediately pulled me into a hug and I reciprocated.

Vansh: I'm sorry. But that Kabir smashed my head out of nowhere.

Riddhima: What?! But he was the one who brought you in the hospital.

Vansh: No Riddhima. Chang backstabbed me. When held me at gunpoint. And then Kabir shot him. He said he did all of this to frame my in Chang's murder. We had a fight then. After a long fight he stopped. I thought he was restoring his energy but no. He did this to kill me.

I was fuming in anger. He lied to me. Why did I expect truth from him? That man is always gonna lie to me. I went to his bedroom and saw it empty. I looked here and there for his whereabouts. While looking I saw a paper on the night stand. I sat there to read. It read,

Dear Riddhima,

I know you must be angry on me. And I'm sorry for that. But to repay for my mistake, I used a simple trick to bring Vansh's memory back. I did it for you. Although I didn't wanted to tell thst to you but I had to. If I didn't then you'll be angry on me till the time I come. And when I'll come, I don't need all this. I want to help Vansh in business if y'all agree. And I'm going on a very loooong break. I don't know where I am. So don't contact me. I'll come whenever I want. So gudbyeee.

I smile at his words. 'Your Life's Biggest Ex-Villian'. Maybe he needed this. He needed to overcome his own problems. Sometimes it's good to leave things like that. So that they heal on their own. I went back to Vansh. He was talking to the doctor.

Doctor: Please take your medications on time. It will really affect your well-being.

The doctor left in hurry. I came back to the bed and laid down. He was just observing my actions.

Riddhima: Aahhh. It feels so good to be home. That guest room was giving me weird vibes.

Vansh: You must have suffered so much.

Riddhima: No Vansh. It is my duty. Yes I did feel bad for you loosing memory but then the first person who needs to stay strong is me only, right?

He took me into his arms and laid down. That night we were just talking about random things. We were laughing, cracking silly jokes, doing stupid things and what not. Sometimes these things is the only peace we get. And everyone deserves this peace.

NOTE:

I don't know why but I'm hell bent on making our villian Kabir a hero. But now his obsession for Riddhima is going to peaks during recent episodes.
