Y/N POV

The four friends pulled up to Waffle House and of course, Alex continued his skipping fit and skipped to the entrance to hold the door for Jules. Charlie followed after holding the door for me.

We all sat down in a booth by the window. Me and Jules on one side and the boys on the other. I always sit on the window side, I have since I was little.

The beautiful early morning view of the Vermont forests lit up my mood.

I felt a hand on my shoulder

It was Jules

"GET COCONUT MALLED" she said loud enough for the older couple behind us to notice.

"JESUS," I said with surprise and slight annoyance in my voice also letting out a sigh of relief.

I could hear the boys and Jules holding back a snicker. I couldn't help but say something.

"Listen here," I said with stern sarcasm in my voice "behave kids!"

We all let out a well needed laugh.

"Goodmorning Charlie!" I heard a upbeat voice say to my right. I looked up to see a very pretty women with golden curly hair and eyes amber almost like the autumn leaves outside.

"Hey Becky!"

Im assuming she knew Charlie. For crying out loud he came here literally every Sunday.

"What'll it be for you Charlie, just the regular?" she said with a bright welcoming smile on her face.

"You know it!"

"And for you lovelies?" she kindly asked

Alex and I ordered chocolate pancakes and orange juice, while Jules ordered Waffles and some fruit.

Ten minutes pass and we see a smiling Becky walking our way with our breakfast.

"Here you go sweethearts" she said softly

The boys raced to see who could eat there pancakes the fastest and Charlie chocked up on his causing us all to laugh.

"You guys see what I have to deal with," I said giggling between my words. "Y'know sometimes I feel like Im the older sibling."

Charlie didn't seem too impressed by that one

Me and Jules finished our breakfast soon after the boys finished theirs

God Alex and Charlie must have went back and forth for five minutes about who was going to pay

"alright alright we'll split it" Charlie said slightly defeated

"hey hey I said i'd pay sugar baby" Alex responded laughing his ass off as he finished his sentence

before Charlie could do anything big Q grabbed the checkbook and put his money in and ran out the door and Charlie followed after

"SLOW DOWN BOYS" a slightly monotone yet older woman's voice yelled from halfway across the restaurant at the boys

the boys kept running out the door to the truck anyways as the older woman rolled her eyes
