First day of the beginning🌅

[Jordyn's POV
I slipped on a cute light pink loose crop top, heather knit embroidered rose patch cuffed shorts, and low top light pink vans to match. I grabbed my Minnie Mouse ice cream mini backpack, slipping my phone, charger, lip balm, and giant melty octopus ice cream plushie inside zipping it up afterward.

I walked outta my new room and down the unfamiliar staircase with my mini backpack in my hands nervously gripping it tightly as if It was a life or death situation

I walked outta my new room and down the unfamiliar staircase with my mini backpack in my hands nervously gripping it tightly as if It was a life or death situation.

Once I arrived downstairs I was immediately greeted by my foster mother, Mrs. Stella Rose.

"Good morning sweetheart. I've made you and your new brothers breakfast" she greeted with a gentle smile.

I nodded slightly and gave her a quick small smile and bowed "Thank you Mrs.Rose, but I'm not hungry. I think I'll just go say a quick hi to my friends before heading to town" I said, exaggerating on the word 'friends'.

Her bright smile faded a little, now only giving me a soft small smile. She stepped to the side and nodded. "Okay, but please eat something at a cafe nearby, it's not good for you if you skip your meals," she said with a little worried in her eyes.

"I will," I said giving her a soft smile, trying to assure that I'll eat out somewhere and not to worry.

"Oh and since you're going into town, I've wrote down a few beautiful places that you might enjoy exploring," she smile, taking out a piece of paper from her leather black purse and handed to me.

"And the driver is already outside waiting for you. Just tell him where you wanna go and then give him a time on when to pick you up"

I took the paper from her and gave her a small smile. Then I thanked her and continue my way to the kitchen.

I walked into the kitchen, my eyes meeting two adorable boys stuffing their faces with seems to be blueberry pancakes and bacon.

I smiled at them and decided to not interrupt their morning breakfast, and decided I'll just send them a good morning text when I'm gone.

I looked at the paper that my foster mother gave me, letting my eyes scan around until I found something interesting. after looking for about a minute or two, I decided to go to a café/nail place called 'Pink conclusion'.

I walked outta the house, closing the door behind me and began walking towards the car. I hopped into the back and told the driver where I wanted to go. As we began to move, I leaned my shoulder on the handle of the door bringing my hand up cupping the bottom right of my cheek as I looked outta the window.

So I guess you're probably wondering how a foster kid like me ended up here. Your guess is as good as mines. I've been in and out of foster homes since the day I was born. No one ever wanted to adopt me.

You see, I was born with a rare heart defect; pulmonary valve stenosis. It means that I only have one functioning ventricle instead of two. Having PVS meant that I needed a series of surgeries to repair my heart.

Having a medical condition made an undesirable candidate for adoption. I wasn't the healthy bundle of joy potential parents were looking for.

At the age of ten, I received my final surgery. It was considered risky, but without it, my option was death within a year. It took eight months to recover. But, it worked! I felt healthier and stronger.

Unfortunately, by then I was considered an undesirable candidate for adoption because I was seen as too old. Potential families wanted babies or toddlers. Not pre-teens.

To cope with stress and depression on finding a family that'll welcome someone like me, I've developed something called "Little space". It's age regression from ages 0-6, and I've developed the ages from 0-4.

That left me jaded, and it showed.

Now, here I am, eight years later, and I've never been with a foster family for more than a month or two, and I'm pretty sure that this time will be no different.

The only good outcome of this adoption is that I got adopted along with my two best friends, Felix and Jeongin (I.N), by the same foster family.

"New family and new town... same old shit."

As the car took its parking, I told the driver to come back in two hours, giving me time to eat something and walk around town.

I hopped outta the car, and watch as he drove away. I sighed to myself and began walking into 'pink conclusion'.

I was greeted by a beautiful rose smell that hit me right in the face, beautiful organized store, but way to much rose gold colors but I didn't mind at all

I was greeted by a beautiful rose smell that hit me right in the face, beautiful organized store, but way to much rose gold colors but I didn't mind at all.

I took in a big deep breath, smiling as the smell really clams me almost, actually, slipping into little space. I quickly got ahold of myself as I gripped my bag to my chest hard enough to feel my plushie that's inside.

Then I was greeted by the most gorgeous woman I've ever seen in my whole existence. My jaw then dropped and I couldn't stop staring, my knees became weak as she walked up to me, my heart began to beat uncontrollably and at this rate I just might...

"Hey" was the last thing that I heard before I blacked out.
