"hi" kenma said softly looking up at kuroo. "i um i'm kuroo tetsuro" kuroo said "i know.. you're pretty popular.. um i'm kenma kozume" kenma said looking down at the floor

AHH SO HE KNOWS WHO I AM calm down kuroo gosh "oh well i already know who you are" kuroo said nervously and kenma looked up at him and tilted his head

"you do ..?" kenma said in disbelief and kuroo nodded and smiled "yeah of course i do, why wouldn't i ?" kuroo said confused

"um probably because you're popular and i'm not.. everyone hates me" kenma said fidgeting with his fingers

"i don't hate you.. and being popular doesn't matter to me" kuroo said and kenma nodded

"can i ask, why are you talking to me" kenma said looking at his shoes while kicking pebbles "oh erm am i annoying you ?" kuroo asked and kenma immediately looked up and waved his hand dismissively

"no of course not, i'm sorry it's just.. i don't know why you would talk to me" kenma said as he took a deep breath 

"i uh i just wanna be friends with you" kuroo said and kenma nodded, they arrived at the school "well goodbye kuroo" kenma said softly as he started walking to the back of the school

"b-bye kenma" kuroo sighed in relief god talking to him was so nerve wracking.... wait GOD I DIDNT ASK FOR HIS NUMBER kuroo face palmed himself

... i'll guess i'll ask for it when i see him again kuroo thought as he started walking to his class.

time skip ~

kuroo was walking home, it was dark but the street lights were bright enough for him to be able to see where he was going

the male felt as if someone was following him, he looked around but there wasn't anyone there

kuroo continued walking but the feeling never went away. he started speed walk to his house, he noticed he was almost there

he sighed in relief but before he could go inside his house, he saw someone was leaving his house "who are you" kuroo asked and the person froze, the guy was wearing a ski mask so kuroo couldn't see his face

just as the guy was about to answer, another guy from behind kuroo "tch you could've left before anyone came home" the guy said and kuroo turned around

"i didn't think they were gonna show up, besides it's just one guy, we can just take care of him" t-take care of me ..?

meanwhile with saber

saber was already in his cat form, he went to where kuroo usually was at this time, he noticed kuroo was speed walking

he then saw someone in the shadow following kuroo whos that..? hm saber followed them, once they reached kuroos house

saber saw there was another guy "we can just take care of him" one of the guy said

saber was confused, but the guy who was infront of kuroos house started walking towards him, saber had a bad feeling about it

the guy then punched kuroo, saber ran over to where kuroo was and went infront of him and meowed

"aw look at the little kitten protecting his owner" the guy who punched kuroo said "k-kitten" kuroo said grabbing his own cheek where he was punched

saber didn't know what to do, he knew if he was in his true form they wouldn't stand a chance but he didn't know if he was ready to take the risk

the guy behind kuroo kicked the cat, then kicked kuroo after, saber didn't have time to think

he knew what he had to do. saber released a meow, then smoke started forming, kuroo looked at the smoke, and then he saw something forming

once the smoke disappeared kuroos eyes widened "w-what.." kuroo said in fear

the saber tooth tiger roared loudly, the two guys practically shaking "d-did that cat j-just turn into a fucking s-saber tooth t-tiger..." one of the guy said,
completely terrified

saber started walking towards the two males and roared once again and licked his teeth to intimidate the guys

"s-shit we're dead"
