practice had just started, throughout the whole day, kuroo kept thinking about how him and kenma made eye contact for a second

kuroo continued to practice, so he wouldn't think about it, once practice ended, kuroo went to the club room and changed, he closed up the gym, since he's always that last one

he was almost home when he saw the same cat started walking with him "oh hi kitten, i don't know how you managed to leave my house but i'm not gonna question it" kuroo said as he carried the kitten

"do you wanna come home with me again ?" kuroo asked and the kitten nuzzled his face in response "i'll take that as a yes" kuroo said as he started walking to the front door of his house 

before he did, he put the kitten in his sweater since he saw his mother's car in the drive thru

"don't make any noise, my mom is home" kuroo said before he opened the front door "kuroo is that you ?" she asked

"yeah" was all kuroo said before going up to his room, once he went inside he closed the door and put the kitten on his floor

"shit the food is in the kitchen.. i'll be right back" kuroo said as he left the room and closed it, and went down to the kitchen

his mother was in the living room, laying down on the couch, kuroo quietly went to the kitchen and grabbed the bowls and the food and went back to his room

he poured some food in his bowl and grabbed the water bowl and went back downstairs to the kitchen and put water in it and went to his room quickly

he sighed in relief, he put the water bowl beside the food bowl, kuroo then flopped on his bed and took a deep breath

once the cat finished eating and drinking, he went to the bed and was ontop of kuroo

"what's wrong ?" kuroo asked as he sat up, his elbow carrying his weight, the kitten just nuzzled kuroos face

"can i tell you about my day" kuroo asked the kitten nodded and meowed "... huh can you actually understand me" the kitten just meowed again

".. weird anyways, erm i like this boy.. his name is kenma" the kitten just froze and kuroo looked at him confused but shook his head

"anyways, we made eye contact today and i felt like my world stop, is that weird ? i think it's weird.. i mean he probably doesn't even know who i am, i mean he probably does because i'm popular, ugh i just want to talk to him but i don't know how" kuroo said

the kitten just meowed "should i talk to him ?" kuroo asked and the kitten meowed again and nodded "what if he thinks i'm annoying" the kitten shook his head

"ugh fine you've convinced me, but if it goes wrong i'm blaming you" kuroo said chuckling softly

im going crazy.. i'm talking to a cat who may or may not understand me

kuroo sighed, he sat up, and the cat got off of him and laid down on the other side of the bed, kuroo grabbed his books and went over to his desk and started doing his homework

once he finished doing his homework, he put his books inside his bookbag and sighed, then went over to his bed and saw the kitten sleeping

kuroo smiled you're probably gonna disappear again.. hopefully i'll see you tomorrow night again

kuroo changed into his pajamas, and laid on the bed and the kitten immediately went beside him and slept next to him

the male started petting the cat and smiled "goodnight kitten" kuroo said, as he drifted off to sleep

next morning

kuroo woke up and rubbed his eyes and stretched, he then looked to his side .. gone, i knew it kuroo sighed and went to the bathroom to brush his teeth, he did his usual routine

once he finished, he started walking to school, he looked to his left and saw kenma leaving his house

the two were walking beside eachother but on different side of the road talk to him.. the cat basically told you to do it, what if he thinks i'm annoying shit shit just do it pussy kuroo kept having a conversation in his head

he took a deep breath, he went over to the other side of the road before he could regret it "h-hey" kuroo said stuttering way to fucking stutter idiot kuroo mentally face palmed himself

kenma looked up at him "hi" kenma said softly .. shit his voice is so fucking cute

i'll probably only post one chapter today because i have cramps and i wanna die. so i wrote this while having these cramps 🥲
