We finally realized what it was ♡

The whole time Heeseung had been observing Sunghoon,
after spending all this time with Sunghoon he kind of understood what Sunghoon was thinking .... if not all at least a hint of it. So, he decided to speak up, "Though the representatives are chosen, I think we should all practice for the parts we want to do, in case of any replacement," he smiled softly, his gaze at Sunghoon who was then gleaming.

After deciding over the test, the boys asked Heeseung to say something but he was so flustered at the immediate wish that he just ended up saying, "Let's go ! " smiling to his cheeks his eyes straight off at Sunghoon's.

All of them were snickering at how cute he sounded and there was Sunghoon who was trying to stop the rage of emotions in his body the smile had caused.

The practice was going on intense and everyone was serious about it. Not only the candidates but all of the ilanders were giving their whole to the rehearsal sessions. They would practice in groups, pairs, and the individual , whole day and sometimes also late at night taking some breaks in between.

Today was the same, after the continuous practice of six hours, they were all chilling out in the lounge room except for some still out on practice. Geonu and Heeseung were looking over at the notes of the song with Youngbin, Seon sleeping on the couch while Ej sat beside him across Sunghoon and Jake who were in their own world.

{Geonu's POV}

"Do you want to try arm wrestling ?" I heard Jake ask Sunghoon as he intertwined their hands together.

I immediately looked towards Heeseung who had a blank expression on his face which made me chuckle a bit. A few moments before he was being all loud about the notes being wrong and now he was there zipped.

If I truly say I had been noticing Sunghoon and Heeseung's interaction since the start. I am not a stalker or something but they are just too obvious. I don't know much about Sunghoon since I have not really interacted with him but Heeseung yes.

These past few days, the practice groups had been divided , so Sunghoon, Jake, and EJ hung out a lot together and since I and Heeseung were the candidates, we just had to stick by each other to train our vocals so I actually happened to notice a lot of things and with lot I mean a lot!

How Heeseung would steal a glance at Sunghoon sitting on the couch between the verses when we would practice by the dining, how he would visit their practice studio each time we took breaks, and how his eyes would lit up every time Sunghoon came to check up on us or call us up for a meal. There were times when they would even forget about my presence and just be in their own world, which I felt was mean but cute.

Heeseung always had an expression of hopelessness whenever we came across Sunghoon being close with any other members and I should not laugh but it would be so funny at times I couldn't control myself and break out to only gain a question from Heeseung, "what's wrong?" which I would just ward off with an excuse.

The same was happening right now, Jake and Sunghoon being the inseparable best friends were now on with their arm wrestling game making Heeseung frown. I just looked at him with a grin on my face, Poor Baby.

I couldn't help but laugh at how Heeseung got irritated when Jake and Sunghoon were fighting over the other's wrist bending, intertwining their hands again and again when he finally grasped both of their hands and got them into position, he's just a Jelly.

{Sunghoon's POV}

Though Jake won the first match, I didn't want to lose to him not in front of hyung so when I won the second round I got so excited that I burst out into laughter making all the others giggle too. Heeseung hyung was laughing too as he pointed his finger towards me, and he looked so...... adorable, wait ... why do I think hyung's laugh is adorable now?

We went for the next round but Jake and I always had to fight over something and then it was our wrist position. He was blaming me and I was blaming him; that has become our daily routine now. We were still

at the point of bickering when Heeesung hyung grasped my hand as he tried to show, "This is how you do it." My heart was thumping in my chest even after he let go but thanks to Jake always being so funny, "It won't break my arm, right ?' I burst into laughter ... again. Being the strong one I won and was proud but on the other hand Jake was just making excuses,

"Ah, I went easy on you."

"No, you didn't,"

Just ending with a large laugh at the last.

{Heeseung's POV}

"Ah, how can you do like that, hyunggg !"

The whole lounge had turned into an arm-wrestling field and now it was my and Sunghoon's turn. We got into position but he always tried to bend his wrist and I would try to correct him and tell him not to do that but he only whined in return,

"No... I didn't ... hyung I didn't okay ?"

"Wait.. wait-wait.."

"How can you use so much force ?"

"You should let me win ... ah... I'm done."

I pretended to make fun of him then but inside I was cooing so bad that if anyone could feel it, they would literally vomit. Was Sunghoon always this cute? Why didn't I notice it before? Why is it after I came to I-land?
