"Y/n!" Tom calls out.

"Oh hey Tom." I smile.

"I just wanted to talk to you about the other day." He frowned.

"Look Tom.." I began.

"Hear me out!" He interrupts.

"I really like you and I wish you would give me just one chance to show you I can be good for you." He grasped my hands.

I should get my mind off of Cedric. He's really nice too..

"Shit." I mumble under my breath.

"Alright Tom. I'll go out with you." I smile.

"Great!" He smiled,

"May I kiss you?" He asked.

"S-sure." i stutter blushing.

He leans in and wraps his hand around my back and his other on my cheek.

"I'll pick you up at 5?" He smiled whispering against my lips.

"yeah." I smile keeping my eyes closed as he walks away.

"Uh.. y/n," Ginny smiles like a fool.

My eyes widen without yet turning around.

"Ginny?" I ask.

"Oi." She laughs.

I turn around to face her knowing full well what she just saw.

"So, Riddle aye?" She raises her eyebrows.

"Shut up." I smile looking away.

"Well, this is awkward." she stops smiling so much and looks serious.

"what..?" i ask confused.

"ced is back." she looks at her fingers to keep from seeing me.

"w-what." i stare.

I just decided to get over him.
and here he comes.

"he's waiting for you in your room." She looks up.

I just stare. I dont know how to respond.

"Lets go.. i'll stay with you." Ginny holds her hand out for me to grab.

I take it instinctively.

We walk up to my dorm in complete silence.

we stop in front of the door before going in. She places her hands on both sides of my shoulders.

"Are you ready..?" she asks smiling weakly.

I nod faintly.

"Okay." she opens the door.

Cedric springs up.

"Y/n." He smiles.

He opens his arms to come and hug me but ginny pulls me away.

"ask her first." she growls.

"what." he look at her likes she's completely mad.

"ask her if she wants a hug." she replies.

"this is stupid." he whispers

"can i hug you." he says sarcastically.

"i guess." I answer softly.

he walks to me and wraps his arms around me so i do the same.

"I've missed you. can we talk?" he asks.
