Mika knows everything

I walked up to Lara and tapped her shoulder

"Oh Mika! Hiii girl, what's
up? "

She had a huge smile on her face, obviously happy to the roof

I looked at her phone

"Wellll nothinggg, whatcha reading? "

She turned off her phone, but as I saw it was some kind of texts, but she didn't write anything so I assume they are old

"Nothing to brag about, you guys are kinda late, is everything okay? "

I shivered at the thought of this morning but then I just smiled and put my hands together

"Everything is fantasticcc"

She frowned and didn't seem to believe me

"You are making words longer, you are lying, something probably stupid happened and now you are either angry or frustrated. Miles? "

She reed me like a book and I opened my mouth with no words coming out

She nodded and was about to turn to her phone again

"Wait, I was thinking to talk a bit, ya know a lil chit chat. Ohhh I wanted to talk about something Chapa did a while ago, it was so kind AND hilarious"

She looked at me and put her phone away

"You never say chit chat... Mika are you okay? Is something other than Miles bothering you *gasp* are you sick!? Should I talk to Ray for you??? "

She panicked a little bit and jumped out of her chair to see if my forehead is hot

I slowly pushed her hand away

"Noo Lara, I'm completely fine. I just want to talk a little bit. You are here for some time but not for too long so I just wanted to share a bit of our history with you. "

She completely calmed down

'Wow, she really cares so much about her friends? That's so sweet'

"Okayyy, so what's the story"

We both sat down and I got ready to talk

"Well it all started when we were still going to a real school, we all gone together so that's how we know each other. "

That peaked her interest so I continued talking

"We all had different roles in that school, I was a pretty nerd, my brother was a professional prankster, Bose was the rich kid and Chapa... Well she was always a troublemaker.

Now before you say something, listen up. She wasn't a bully, she was like my brother but wanted more serious trouble....

But she was also the strongest, maybe not the tallest or the most muscley but her strategies are absolutely brilliant, she knows her way out of ANYTHING dangerous. "

She was smiling and I could tell she was deeply invested in this conversation

As much as I wanted to continue this conversation, Ray came up and wanted all of us on our seats...

What happened with Miles:
Miles's pov:

I walked up to Chapa after Mika gave me the sigh, it's time to take action.

Now, talking to Chapa about such things isn't too easy so I need to think of a way to make HER talk

'Hmmm, what would Mika do?..... Wait I know! I won't pretend I don't know what in talking about, to Chapa you need to be straightforward, let's hope in that case she doesn't kill me... '

As I said it's going to be hard, but it's a twin bond and if I don't do it I won't hear the end of it from Mika.

"Hey Dude, you guys are late"

Chapa said laughing at my face

"Mhmm, it's really weird you're not late, what about that? "

She looked away and back at me

"I DON'T know what you're talking abouttt... "

She crossed her arms and started to look a lil nerves

I looked back at Lara and Mika, Lara seemed to be interested in whatever Mika's saying so I assume she won't hear anything

"Oh yeah? Are you sure it ain't about Lara having a positive impact on you? "

She looked surprised and got ready to speak

"I-, what do you know about that? "

She said and I got her right into my trap

'So far so good, I can't mess this up'

"You know, you are not that clean with your game
De Silva, Lara is going to find out on the way you don't want her to. So level it up"

She didn't look angry which pleasantly surprised me, she rather looked like she's thinking about it

"Then what are you suggesting? I can't just do nothing"

I was also intrigued by her sudden interest but.... To be honest I had no clue what to suggest, I will have later but not now

"I'll wingman you the whole way and you'll find that door to Lara's heart and soul, if universe wants you together so shall it be"

She looked at me weirdly

"What? "

I asked and she shook her head

'Oh man, this will be interesting...'
