Hello and welcome to the fantastical and magical world of Pokémon!
Pokémon are awesome and powerful creatures! They come in all shapes in sizes and populate the entire planet! People live alongside Pokémon. They work with each other. They compliment each other. To some, Pokémon are pets but to others like this trainer right here, Pokémon are partners to use in competitions called Pokémon Battles.
"Chaarr!" A Charmeleon let out a growl of triumph as it stood over a Clefairy.
"Yeah! Charmeleon, that's it!" Shouted the fire type's trainer.
The trainer and his Pokémon stood in the middle of Goldenrod City Gym; pink walls surrounding them on all sides. Though nobody was as pink as the gym leader...
"Clefairy is unable to battle! Leader Whitney has one Pokémon left!"
"Teehee~ You bet I do! And it'll be a doozy! Go! Pokeball!"
After she returned Clefairy to her pokeball, she gleefully tossed another, sending out a fat, pink cow.
"Alright, Miltank! Use Rollout!"
Miktank mooed as she curled into a ball and rolled full speed at Charmeleon, knocking it to the ground.
