They say you learn things better as you age, because as it was experience is and will always be the best teacher.

Seulgi hated how appropriate the saying is for her, especially right now, in front of an audience in the form of their staffs, some camera crew, with the director steadily barking orders on how to properly edit out the shots they had taken and soon their fans. The level up project featuring hers and Joohyun's subunit would soon be available on streaming platforms and although she'd rather not brag, she knew fans from all places would eventually flock in and watch the content with interest.

They had just taken a break after an hour straight of filming and while it was fun, Seulgi didn't like the way the summer heat made the damp reddish strands of her hair clump on her neck, what's somehow worse are the insects that continued to buzz around scaring both her and Joohyun, it was stupid to yell around like crazed idiots but Seulgi could swear she saw some huge spider crawling on their picnic table at some point.

But now when things had begun to quiet down, a cue sheet being handed to her by a familiar staff as they began a run-through of what they still have to film for tonight, Seulgi could feel unease gnawing at her, sure they had planned to make this as spontaneous as possible but there would be a "heartfelt conversation" and while a few questions were easy to bounce around there was one that stuck to her the most.

What was one regret you wished you don't have right now?

Truth is there were plenty other regrets she have, poor choices when she used to be a trainee, some god-awful ice cream flavor she chose to appease Seungwan's utter dislike for mint chocolate that one time they dined out, and those dumb things she did to make Yerim or Sooyoung smile. But then again none of those were life-changing enough for the conversation, if only she could think of another occasion then it would be fine but as it was with the minutes ticking by Seulgi was running out of choices.

Opposite her, Joohyun was contentedly browsing through her phone giggling as something amused her and completely unaware of the turmoil that ate away at Seulgi's insides.

"We'll start filming in three," the director had called, causing everyone to start bustling around.

Well, there goes nothing.

Jaebum tossed around his bed for the nth time that evening.

With sleep evading him, he had nothing to do but to stare at the glow in the dark stars plastered on his ceiling, the younger members had insisted on sticking them there as a present or something he could idly look onto whenever. One he didn't appreciate at first but now had come to fondly look over.

The neon green dinosaurs peppered along with the stars weren't much the color already fading but the goofy expressions his members had as they installed the stickers, and the laughter that rang clear was enough to allow a smile lift the corners of Jaebum's lips.

Maybe it was his body adjusting to an early bedtime, or it was the lack of strenous activities physically draining him but Jaebum was having more sleepless nights like this and it was starting to irk him. Ever since they finished the preparations for the upcoming album, song recordings and concept discussions, the company has forbidden him from doing much.

Sure he was grateful, composing took up much of his sleep with inspiration often coming by difficult he couldn't simply stop once he was actually fueled to make something, but not trying to put together beats and music makes him more agitated and oftentimes frustrated.
