There he was.
The man of my dreams.
Standing on the platform of Richmond's train station, my hair blew from the gushing wind of the approaching train. The instant my eyes caught sight with his figure, my heart stopped beating. With one hand gripped firmly on a handle bar, a very hot train conductor was leaning out of the open train door, his dark hair freely dancing in the breeze.
and man oh man was it hot and spicy.
To add a cherry on top of this already delicious sundae, the man had goggles and a hat that put Willy Wonka to shame. I realized then, that I must have this man. Was it because of his resemblance to Willy Wonka? Probably, but the heart wants what the heart wants.
"beep beep" went the train. That was my signal to get on. So I did.
Strutting into the train door, I waltzed my way over to the closest seat by him. He was so majestic, reading and checking every passenger's ticket stub. From this close, I couldn't smell him, but that was probably just because I had COVID-19 baby.
"hey," I whispered to him, but then suddenly got embarrassed. Hearing my faint voice that was not like any other girls' voice, he turned his head to face me. When our eyes met, my face flushed red with crimson.
oh mercy me this man was fine oh fine baby.
"Ticket please," he growled.
I gave him the ticket.
Then i burst into tears.
Why was he so mean to me? What had I done?
"No! Don't cry," he haltered, coming to crouch down in front of my. Pushing my hair from my head, he looked me in the eyes with his giant goggles. "I'm sorry i was so rude. I just got nervous because I-"
"say it you coward!" I screamed.
"I LOVE YOU!" He yelled back, even louder than I had.
At his words, I slapped his face. How dare he. After all he did to me? never again.
I jumped up from my seat and raced over to the train door, which was still open, allowing passengers to board. Not bother sparing him a last glance, I hopped out of the doors and smacked down on the concrete ground. Then, I began sprinting away from my forbidden love.
"Come back! Please!" I heard a deep voice yell after me.
As I was running away from my problems, I dared to glance back, and saw the willy wonka man running after me. The sight of him threw me into another dimension. I stopped.
Slowly, I turned around to face him completely as he drew to a stop before my feet.
"Willy..." I cried.
"Shh," he stopped me. "My real name is Frank. Frank badboy. And darling, what is your name?"
"Gurt," I smiled, feeling tears of happiness prick my eyes.
"My Gurt," he grinned so lovingly and pulled me into his warm embrace.
"Your Gurt," I cried against his shirt.
