the script is one of the most important parts of shifting. you don't necessarily need a script but it would help greatly for motivation levels and more.
scripting, as i said a few chapters ago, is basically just writing a fanfic about yourself in your desired reality. it can have a great amount of detail or just about no detail at all, it's all up to you. you can make yourself a character in a book for example, I've created a script where i am a character in mha. you don't have to make yourself a character or insert yourself in an already made piece of fiction though.
