"I am in my desired reality" "I am (t /n)" "I am already in (place of your RD)"
You can visualize the location of your RD or how you look in your RD.
You will do this every 20 Numbers, i.e. 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100. And if you turn the tally around it would be 80, 60, 40, 20 and 0.
At the end of the count you begin to say affirmations, stating that you are already in your rd, that you are your desired self, things like that.
You can fall asleep or open your eyes when you're sure you've arrived.
