11 years ago my girlfriend who is now my wife and I made the best decision in our life: adopting our son, Arrow y/l/n. I wanted to make it Arrow Koci but she didn't want him to have her last name so he took mine
"Mami" He yelled out
"Which one!?" I yelled back
"You mami, mom isn't here"
"She isn't?"
"No she went out to work just now"
"Ohhh, well anyways what did you need"
"Can you take me to Caleb's house"
"Does he know you have two moms"
"He does, but his mom doesn't"
"She's only met me right?"
"Yeah why"
"Because Ava might have to pick you up, but it doesn't matter"
Arrow's POV
"So Arrow, do you play any sports"
"Well I ride my horse Bow"
"Oh that's cute Bow and Arrow" Caleb pointed out

"So your dad doesn't take you to soccer practice or anything like that"
"Umm I don't have a dad"
"Awww I'm so sorry I can't imagine what it's like to not have two parents"
"I have two parents though"
She was about say something she was interrupted by a knock on the door
"I'll get it" Caleb said while running to the door"
it was my mom. Not the y/j/t, the singer.
"Arrow" she called out
"ummm who are you"
"Mom, that's Ava Max"
"and my mother"
"I don't understand I thought y/n was your mother"
"She is" Mom explained
"and baby so am I"
"mom did you have to" I exclaimed unamused
"yes I did now come here Ace"
"Ace?"
"It's my nickname"
Ava's POV
I was in the middle of this weird and awkward encounter with Arrow's friend's mom I then feel hands on my shoulders and immediately knew it was my wife y/n. suddenly Ms. Karen yelled out
"GET OFF OF HER"
"WHY SHOULD I" She yelled back holding her self back from murdering this woman
"BECAUSE IT'S DIGUSTING"
"DISGUSTING?! OH I'M GONNA KI-" She went to go fight her but I stepped in front of her and whispered
"it's not worth it hun"
"Arrow, go wait in the car"
"Why does it disgust you"
"because you have a SON who needs a FATHER figure"
"You know that's the whole reason we adopted a little boy, to prove that he's fine without a dad and two moms instead"
"well it's wrong and two girls getting married should be illegal, right son"
"Don't bring your kid into this"
"actually mom I don't see a problem, I'm sure they treat Arrow the same way you and dad treat me"
"What are you talking about"
"well from what I see and have heard from Arrow, y/n and Ava have been together for 10 years now and deal with fame and hate, cheating rumors every time one of them hangs out with another girl the last thing they need is someone they personally know tell them that their love should be illegal" y/n eyes widen and she turned to me while I giggled a little. I mean this kid knows his stuff
"He's kinda got a point" I say still slightly laughing at the fact that this 11 year old little boy was more educated than his 50 year old mother
"I think he made our point for us" y/n said starting to walk out. I bent down to his level and whispered
"you're right and don't let anyone change that or tell you you're wrong" he nodded and we left
