That one night it definitely rained
But no water drops had left a stain
There was neither water in this shower
Nor were people seeking for a cover
Brightness lighting up their eyes
Sky seemed like full of fireflies
It's night beauty shining all along
Were broken stars in a journey long
Temperature rising every minute
Every nook and corner, this shower lit
Wishes heard with closed eyelids
Little goodbyes, the shower needs
Those rocks on fire everybody knew
Slowly and steadily in the sky flew
Laughter heard from little children
For catching it's sight, they had a run
After some time disappeared ths magic
Oh! It could have also been tragic!
These meteor shower near yet far
Beauty at its peak without a bar
