They keep on shouting insults
They keep on teasing me
They keep on placing comments
They keep on testing me
They don't understand what I feel
They don't know how it affects me

Are they my true friends?

They speak ill about my face
They speak ill about my personality
Just insulting me in public place
They speak ill about my body size
They speak words that hammer my heart
Just to make me fall from my rise
Their words crush me till the ends
They are making my spirit weak

Are they my true friends?

I think it's my own mistake
To not fight against those people
I shouldn't take their insults fake
People should prove themselves
Showing how they are determined
Displaying courage their heart dwells

Are they my true friends?
