" One leg on each boat "

Bored of the absurd posture
Good grief ! she couldn't let go of it now

For if she removed one leg away
She'd meet the river
And be drifted to the south

As she drowns and swirls and slides

The currents under would be much worse
Tossed in the whirl
While her corpse turns lifeless

Who would care for a canvas lacking a soul ??!
As the patience ran off of fuel
On the two boats promised to take her home
She slipped one foot .
