Should I write a story
Of how I deceived my heart
Feelings still lingering
But I couldn't tell them apart
I wanted u
Just as I still do
These stubborn emotions
Never seem to faint
Dim lights still flicker
On the ally u passed by once
But decided on a forever stay
Playing pretend
A daily business
Still thirsted by those vivid fresh images
When u didn't care to know
But I wanted u always
Just to let u know
These are the words I couldn't spell
Didn't need mad science to decipher
But u couldn't tell
Or perhaps u pretended
As well.....
