quirk myself, I just found it while
reading a story I can't remember
(sorry) and changed it up a lil bit
Cut is a quirk that allows you to cut through anything you want. Although, the more you cut through items, the worse the side effects are.
Side effects are simple: for every item you cut in half you get a cut on your own body. The harder the item you're cutting is, the deeper the cuts. The worst they can be is 1.5 cm deep. (half an inch) The cuts will also heal themselves after you stop using the quirk for an hour.
For the smaller cuts it usually takes around fifteen minutes, and for the deeper ones an hour.

HERO COSTUME IDEA:
I imagine it being all cut up with holes in it and rough edges. Maybe also two swords with the handles being round, resembling scissors. The swords are also of assistance when it gets too hard for you to use your quirk!
