The Quirk Water Dragon gives you the ability to make one or more dragon familiars who are, as you could've guessed from the name, made of water.
These dragons can be any shape and size as long as they still resemble a dragon.
So, anything from a Gyrados duplicate to a Toothles duplicate goes.
These familiars act like real pets, meaning that they have their own consciousness and make decisions for themselves.
And also like pets, if you want them to follow your orders you'll have to train them.
As for how long you can keep them out, there isn't a time limit. But there is a limit to how many you can keep out at a time.
At the beginning the limit will, of course, be a single dragon but with extensive training that limit can increase.
