Similarly to Yahaba, a demon from the manga & anime series Kimetsu no Yaiba: Demon Slayer the user of this quirk can control the movement of things using 'arrows'.
Now, this quirk requires you to have a lot of concentration. To activate it you have to put all of your focus on the person or thing you want to move and in what direction you want to move them/it. At first, it'll be really hard to do so but the more you practice with this quirk the easier it'll be to use and after a lot of training it'll be like second nature.
The arrows dragging the person or thing in the direction you want are usually your favourite color but they can change. Everyone is able to see them unless you put a big amount of your concentration and focus into making them invisible to the eye of others.
