ー not all quirks have hero names and costumes. most of the more recent ones also have hero titles, but- again- not all of them do

Water Body is a quirk similar to Mirio's Permeation. You can turn your body into water and allow things to pass through it, which makes it extremely easy to dodge and evade attacks.
Another thing you can do with this Quirk is pass through small spaces by turning into water.
The only downside of this Quirk is that anything you're holding or wearing will not turn into water as well. This means you better have a DNA-infused hero costume, or you'll be in big trouble.
You can also control water, but only when your Quirk is activated fully (aka your whole body is made out of water and not just your hand or something).
