Chresanto's P.O.V

Ray came to visit me today and the visiting times were longer so we were able to talk about loads of stuff when he hit one topic that shocked me..

"Aye you know that Chanel gave birth ?"-Ray said 

"What ?"-I sat up in my seat 

"Yeah she gave birth to a little boy"-Ray said 

"But it hasn't been 9 months yet already right ?"-I asked 

"Yeah I know, she gave birth early .. She had to"-Ray shrugged 

"Well... Have you seen the baby ?"-I asked as my throat went dry 

"Yeah, dark carmel baby with light brown eyes and coolie hair"-Ray described the baby 

"Damn"-I said 

"Are you sure that you didn't fuck her ?"-Ray joked around 

"Fuck outta here dude, I deadass don't know if thats my child or not"-I shook my head 

"Yooo, but deadass that baby does look like you .."-Ray said 

"So what ? There are tons of people out here looking like me ... It could be anyone's baby damn"-i said 

"Well alright "-Ray said putting his hands up in surrender 

"Yoooo, guess what !"-I said

"What ?"- Ray asked

"I have some gay ass cell mate bruh, it scares me "-I said

"Don't drop the soap"-Ray sang and started to laugh but I just sat there at stared at him.. This wasn't funny

 "Yo man why you always gotta play around "-I said obviously getting angry

"Whatever man"-Ray said

"On a real though, does the baby really look like me ?"-I asked in all seriousness

"Yeah I'm dead ass"-Ray said 

"Damn. I know that I wrapped up man "-I said 

"Well it could have broke"-Ray shrugged his shoulders 

"I know"-I rolled my eyes 

"Well I gotta get back to this girl"-Ray said staring at his phone while getting up 

"Rayan Lopez actually has a girlfriend ?"-I asked smirking 

"Hell nah . I got hoes, do you not know who I am ? Got damn Chresanto"-Ray shook his head 

"Don't you think that it's about time that you stopped with all your 'hoes' and stay down with one girl ?"-I asked 

"Yeah yeah yeah... I'll see you next week"-He waved me off as he walked out leaving me in the empty room 

P.O.V Over 

Chanel's P.O.V

Today was the day that I could finally leave that hospital after all that pain damn. All though the negativity, out came the light which was when my baby boy was born. Baby Xavier. His hair, eyes everything was looking like Chresanto and then he want to go and dog me like that ? Well it's all good because imma be both mommy and daddy and I will make sure that my son is raised rigth to be the best young man out there unlike these hood niggas who ain't shit and will never be shit in their lives.

 "Raheem ?"-I called out 

"Whats up lil sis ?"-Raheem asked coming out of the kitchen 

"Did you hear from Chresanto ?"-I asked 

"No Chanel. All I know is that he's getting out next month"-Raheem shrugged

"Next month ? Wow"-I shook my head 

"Why ?"-Raheem asked

"I need to talk to him"-I said 

"Oh hell nah ! You ain't going to talk to him after he did that to you !"-Raheem shouted

"Damn Raheem ! I need to talk about Xavier with him because as far as I know, he IS the baby of my child "-I huffed 

"Whatever man. Do what you gotta do. I'm out"-Raaheem shook his head and put on his J's

"And where are you going at this type of night ?"-I asked standing up 

"Look .. I'll be back later lil sis"-Raheem kissed my forehead

"Please be careful you know how dangerous it is out in these streets"-I begged

"God, ou sound like mom"-Raheem shook his head and looked off to the side

"Exactly ! Mom would always protect us whenever we could and keep up safe and I'm following in her footsteps too Raheem "-I said my eyes now glistening with water 

"I'm sorry, don't cry Chanel"-Raheem hugged me 

"You're the only one that I have Raheem please don't do anything stupid"-I said pulling away and wiping my tears 

"I know and I wont. I promise Chanel but I got to go"-Raheem said kissing my forehead once again 

"Alright . Be safe"-I waved him off closing the door afterwards

Maybe now is the time to tell you more about myself. Well I'm 20 living with my 22 year old bro by ourselves since our mother died when we were young in a car crash on her way to Houston for a meeting and well I never had a dad so yeah. Me and my older bro, Raheem had nowhere to go especially how we were young, we didn't know what the hell was going on. Our neighbours heard us screaming and guessed that he had no one so we stayed with them more a while until they couldn't take care of us anymore so Raheem & I were taken into the orphanage with other kids until we grew up and Raheem had enough money from dealing to get us this house that now we live in so I have Raheem to thank and thats why I get soo worried whenever he goes out late at night. I pray that he is safe after selling and dealing that he does.

I got distracted from cooking by Xavier's loud crying. I had just put him down and he started crying which was very annoying , I huffed and walked over to where I had laid him down on the pull out couch, I picked him up and started rocking him gently side to side as he calmed down and started falling asleep again . I laid him back where he was sleeping and went back to my cooking . This was a hell of hard work !

End of P.O.V

Yn's P.O.V 

"Night Lina"-I waved as I signed the paper to clock out 

"Night boo bear & say hi to my goddaughter"-Lina winked 

"I will haha"-I laughed and left the hospital 

Man, I was soo tired I just needed a good massage and a long ass sleep Working 2 jobs are terrible but if it can provide me and my baby girl with food and shelter then hell yeah it's worth it plus extra money to spend on me and my princess.

I drove all the way home and was greeted my the baby sitter who looked after Ari while I was gone, I paid her the money and she left. Everything was well and Ari was sleeping so I went to go and take my shower then off to bed .
