So, looking back at this story, reading all the chapters again, looking at some comments, there were just some parts that kinda made me cringe, and where they didn't make any sense to me. This was also the very first Mario series I ever started, so when I first published this I didn't exactly have much experience writing about the Mario fandom.
I've been thinking about this for a while, hesitating whether I should really do this or not...but my mind's made up...
I'm gonna write a remastered version!
In just a few days, I plan on rewriting this entire story from scratch! Well, not everything will be new. I'm just gonna do my best to try and fill some plot holes that I saw while reading this version. I know, I also have that prequel I have to finish; "The Light, The Dark, The Forgotten".
(*Cough*gocheckthatoutifyourinterested!*cough*)
But looking back at this story, and comparing it to how I write about the Mario fandom now, I wanna change this into how I really want it to be, make some chapters longer, add some more heartfelt into this, fix most of the plot holes, etc.
Most things are gonna stay the same. I'm just gonna fix some stuff I made when I first published this. I dunno exactly when I plan on publishing the remaster, but I hope I can get it out before I head back to school.
(Which is on my birthday...crap -_-)
I mostly want to publish it before I finish the prequel, just so I could try to get some spark in inspiration to continue it, and maybe add some more interesting details into it. This is all I wanted to announce. I hope to see ya in the remaster when it's published, so see ya around! ^-^
