"Another mission, sir?"
Mr. Yang nodded and took out a file from his drawer. He gives the piece of paper to Lisa and the girl immediately scanned the file given to her.
"Who's he?"
"Your IT agent partner will tell you all about him and tell you the reason why we need him," He replied.
He gave Lisa a look, "You're not going to fail me, right Agent Manoban?"
Lisa gave her boss a forced smile, "Of course not, sir."
He nodded, "Good."
"You may go."
Lisa stood up from her seat and took a quick bow before heading towards the door.
"Another mission?"
Hanbin asked Lisa as they walked through the hallway of their building. Lisa just got out of their boss' office and met her usual partner in missions, Hanbin.
"Yup, this is the twentieth time this week and I really need a break," Lisa replied with an unamused tone as she hung her head down low.
Hanbin sighed, "I could take this mission for you, he's overworking you."
Lisa gave Hanbin a smile, "It's okay, I don't him to think that I'm complaining or something. He's the one who gave me a chance to finally find out who my best friend's killer is, this is the least I could do."
"Even so, you know that this isn't right."
Hanbin is one of the only people who knows about Lisa's past, since Lisa knows that Bambam was supposed to debut with Hanbin's group. She never really asked Hanbin about Bambam ever since the first time they met because she thought it would bring back bad memories, not only for her but to him also. Lisa told Hanbin about her best friend and her plan on getting revenge, he wants to tell her to just move on but seeing how he experienced Lisa's stubborness, it was no use.
"He's our boss, I can't say no."
Hanbin stopped walking and grabbed Lisa by the shoulders, making her face him.
"You're one of YG's top artists and agents. You've got the skills and everything, but your brain must've went to hibernation since you don't know what's wrong with your situation."
Lisa gave Hanbin a confused look, "You're over-reacting."
He shook his head, "No I'm not, you just don't care about yourself. You're giving too much for other people that you're neglecting your own needs."
"I'm perfectly fine and there's no problem whatsoever."
Hanbin ran his hand through his hair and trying his best not to shout at the woman in front of him.
"Well, there is and it's you."
Her brow raised at his statement. Lisa is weirded out by how Hanbin is reacting, she shouldn't have complained about getting tired earlier to not be in this situation.
