Taehyung's perspective

It's finally Jin's birthday and we're already here at the event place, preparing.

I keep on checking on the time, waiting for her to arrive.

"Happy Birthdayy!" Me and the boys shouted when Jin arrived.

"Oh thank you thank you" Jin reacted while bowing his head.

"Have you seen Chanyeol and Baekhyun?" Hoseok asked me.

"I think they went that way." I pointed at the right side.

"Cool. I'll talk to them, see you later!" He said and I smiled.

What's taking her so long?

I looked around, my eyes searching for her.

I finally saw her standing alone and looking for someone.

"I'll be right back." I told the guys.

This is it.

It's my chance to talk to her.

"Mina!"

She glimpsed at me and I waved at her.

Seoyeon's perspective

I got dressed up and Soojin is looking at my dress and she suddenly laughed.

"Why?" I asked her.

She pointed at my cleavage that is definitely exposed.

"Taehyung's gonna drool over you." She said and I rolled my eyes.

"Silly. You look gorgeous as well." I said to her.

"We should go now, the event's gonna start any minute now."

We reached our destination and I walked into the large room, and see a few people wearing fancy and elegant clothes.

Jin really came from a wealthy family.

I scanned for Taehyung as soon as I entered but I couldn't see him.

"Hey Seoyeon over here!" Jungkook called.

"Oh hey! Happy Birthday Jinn~" I said to Jin and I hugged him in a friendly way.

We talked for a while and my eyes are still searching for one guy.

"By any chance, have you seen Taehyung?" I asked Namjoon.

"Nope." He answered.

"Ok I'll be right back." I explored the place, also finding where Taehyung is.

After a few seconds, I saw Mina talking to a guy and they seem very happy.

I walked to see the man's face and see that it's Taehyung.

Talking and cackling with Mina.

I immediately walked away and I head outside to get some fresh air.

I sighed and thought that maybe Taehyung was just fiddling with my feelings? Maybe he just needed someone to be with him when Mina is not by his side.

Maybe.

"I saw you." I heard a voice from behind. I turned around and saw Jungkook.

"I saw you looking at the two of them." He continued while he walks towards me.

"You caught me." I chortle.

"It hurts right? To see someone you like, being optimistic with a different person." He said and stopped beside me.
