We can see a man looking down to the ground where the soldiers are marching and doing drills. If we look closely, we could tell it was not a man, but rather a teen. He was dressed up in military uniform and had a sword he had stuck to the ground in front of him, and his hands were holding it firm.

This teen was the most powerful man in the entire Q.R.A, Fuhrer Izuku Shigaraki, also known as Dark Phoenix or the Fuhrer Phoenix.

Yes, that is me, I am Dark Phoenix, the Fuhrer of the Q.R.A. I am also the founder of this movement, and why are we doing this, you may ask? I want to restore the world to how it was before, I want my kind to live with dignity, I want to eradicate the plague that are the quirks that have completely rotten our society, creating a dependency on them that disgusts me. Humanity has lived for millennia without abnormalities, and we have progressed incredibly, but the moment quirks appeared, all progress halted. All this futuristic-looking technology my army uses might have even been outdated by now if progress had continued. I want to progress as fast as possible to make up for the two hundred years we have lost since quirks appeared. It may sound impossible, but I vow to do it, just as I promise to bring an end to the era of abnormalities and establish an age of equality, first in Japan, then, the world, those are just a few roles I have to accomplish as Fuhrer.
