After me and devin made up he walked me to my next class which was creative writing with Ms. Ramirez. I walked into class and sat next to que he just looked over at me with a look of sadness and I just looked away I couldn't stand to see him like that. After class was over I gathered my things and quickly walked out avoiding contact with anybody. As I headed down the hall towards the door I was stopped by gigi and bri
"Girl wassup with you you been acting different lately " bri said grabbing my arm
"Yeah this is not like juju so spill tell us wassup " gigi said grabbing my other arm as we walked out together I'm glad we were out of school for winter break and so much closer to graduation.
"I don't know y'all I honestly don't know what to feel right now " I said as we exited the building
"We need some serious girl time" gigi said as we reached my car
"Sleepover at my crib?" I said looking at them they then looked at each other then looked at me again

"Alright I'll see y'all later" I said hugging them and getting into my car and driving off. As I was driving I got a call from que I grabbed my phone and answered putting it on speaker

"Okay" he said then hung up the phone I then drove the rest of the way home and devin was standing in front of my house. I parked in the driveway and got out walking towards him
"Devin what are you doing here? " I said standing in front of him
"I just needed to see you" he said pulling me closer "what happened to us? " he said as we hugged
"You cheated on me and started to act like a asshole that's what " I said pulling away I was already in kind of a bad mood and I really didn't wanna cry
"No! What happened was you started talking to that nigga Jacquees and you start actin different towards me" he said as he yelled at me
"So that's what you came over here for to argue with me about some shit that's not even true!" I said as I yelled back just then que pulled up
"Oh so you got this nigga coming over yo house now" he said looking over at que who was getting out his car he just sat there on the hood of his car and stayed quiet.
"It's not even like that and you know it's not we're just friends so chill" I said yelling at him
"I got something for yo ass just wait " he said pointing to me before he walked off
I just stood there with my head down until que came and wrapped his arms around me I melted. The feeling he gave me was indescribable nobody has ever made me feel this way. I got lost in his arms the way he held me I never wanted him to let go
"Are you okay?" He said looking at me
"Yes let's just go inside" I said grabbing his hand and going in the house straight upstairs to my room. I dropped my bookbag in the closet door and started to undress myself. I could feel que's eyes on me and this feeling just wouldn't go away was I suppose to feel this way towards him? Was this what I really needed? I walked over to my dresser putting on a tie dye half shirt and some pink booty shorts and i put my hair up in a ponytail. I sat down in the bed with my legs crossed next to que and he just sat there
"Que what's going on" I said snapping him out of his trance
"Oh nothing" he said sitting up against the headboard
"Okay so what did you wanna talk to me about?" I said looking at him
"Well the truth is ever since ninth grade when you first came I had a thing for you and over the years it has grown deeper to the point where I don't wanna be with nobody but you you shouldn't be with devin he doesn't deserve you your way too good for him you deserve a man that's gon treat you right and make you smile and I just been thinking it could be me I've tried to get over these feelings and talk to other girls to get over you but none of these girls compare you are such an incredible and loyal talented smart and beautiful woman and I love you "
I didn't know what to say I just looked into his hazel brown eyes and got lost. I then reached over and kissed him we kissed before back when we were in 10th grade but it was nothing like this. This kiss gave me chills, butterflies, and made my heartbeat 10x faster but I didn't want it to end. I do have feelings for jacquees and I really do care for him I just don't know what to do about devin I gotta figure this shit and fast.
I pulled away and just looked at him I was so red and blushing he just smiled at me and pulled me onto his lap.
"Give me the chance juju" he said as he looked me deep into my eyes
"I don't know que I'm going through enough with devin how do I know our relationship will be different?"
"Just let me show you " he said kissing me again after that we chilled for a lil while then there was a knock at the door. We both got up and headed downstairs que went into the kitchen and I answered the door it was Giovanni and brionna.
"What you doing in here with all the lights off?" Gigi asked me just as que was walking out the kitchen
"Oh I see" bri said looking at gigi and laughing
"Hey jacquees" they both said together
"Wassup y'all" he said walking over to me
"Imma get up out of here and let y'all have y'all girls time I'll see you later think about what I said okay ju" he said looking at me
"Okay I will" I said looking at him he then kissed my cheek and walked out the girls shrieked as we all went into the kitchen.

As I was walking to my car when I heard someone walk up behind me
"Wassup lil nigga" a voice said behind me "I heard you fucking with my homie's girl" I then turned around
"Yo homie got me fucked up" I said as like 5 other dudes including devin walked up on me
"I told yo bitch ass to stay away from my girl " devin said walking up on me somebody then hit me in the back of the head causing me to fall. They stomped me while I was on the ground and at that moment I was just hoping they didn't kill me.
