Jared's POV

Jay drives us up to the school and we all get out fo the vehicle. Tension is still there between Mal and Ben, so I walk up front with Jay leaving Evie to comfort Carlos. We walk along the grass as if we never left, no one notices a thing.

"I'll get these back to the gym," Lonnie says finding a way to leave,

"Thank you." Jay and I say.

Suddenly Jane comes up and starts talking to Ben. I stay away from the conversation, cause that's none of my business. I stand further away from everyone to let them have their space, I notice Carlos walking up to me,

"Hey man. You doing okay?" I ask with a lopsided smile,

"Did she get captured on purpose?" He asks. I take a deep breath before answering him,

"Why don't we get the others and I'll explain what's going on," I suggest, he nods and we head back over to Mal, Evie and Jay. Mal and Evie start to walk away,

"No." I catch their attention and everyone looks at me, "We all need to talk, I will let you guys deal with your own problems but there are too many unanswered questions that we need the answers to. So everyone sit down."

We all sit down in a little circle and we stay silent for a minute. I decide it's probably best to tell them why Sierra is still on the Isle.

"You guys are probably wondering why Sierra is still on the Isle. Yes, she was captured by Uma and her crew. But..." I trail off and everyone is staring at me, "She purposefully got caught."

"Why?"

"What was she thinking?"

"Is she going to be okay?"

Questions were being thrown at me,

"She did it because she thought it was the safest plan for Auradon. She had recently learned a lot about her life, family and the curse. We had tried to convince her it wasn't her only option but in the end, she decided that staying on the Isle was safer than coming back to Auradon where people could get hurt. She is safe and will be safe. There is no need to try and get her back, she has made up her mind and it will stay this way until she finds a reason to come back." I explain to them.

They all stay quiet as I finish, Carlos looks like he's about to cry, same with Mal. Jay and Evie look upset but the other two are taking this much harder. I sigh and stand up,

"You guys have your own problems to figure out, so I should be off to talk to Ben and his family about the recent changes." I start walking away but I stop in my tracks, "Mal." She looks up at me, "I hope Ben realizes that he's missing out on one badass VK. But if anyone knows how much Ben loved you, it was Sierra. And she knew he did. I hope he realizes it too."

With that, I walk away and head towards Belle and Adam's castle. I knock on the door and the guard opens it for me and lets me in. I walk over to their family room and notice them siting with Ben. Ben looks up at me first, which causes Belle and Adam to look at me as well,

"I'm guessing Ben has shared the news about Sierra," I say looking at the ground,

"He has. Is she okay? Is she even safe over there?" Belle asks worryingly,

"My father and the crew will most likely take care of her if she goes to them for help. But if anyone knows how to survive on the all alone, Sierra is the one. She will be safe over there." I assure them,

"Why did she stay?" Adam asks,

"It had something to do with her curse. She was safer over there than she was here. I don't know any more details besides that." I clarify,

"So we probably shouldn't send guards to rescue her," Ben says uneasy,

"No, you shouldn't. She will be fine." I insist. They all nod and I take that as my cue to leave.

Sierra's POV

After Harry 'captured' me, Uma told him to tie me up to the post of the sail where Ben was not that long ago. She questioned me constantly about their plan and whether I knew what was going on and more. It got quite annoying, especially when she told Harry to leave because 'she couldn't trust him with me at the moment'.

"Why did you do this?" She asks,

"I wanted Ben safe. That's it. There was no revenge or anything else. You wanted the ruler of Auradon well now you've got her." I snap,

"Ben wasn't the king?" She asks,

"No, they made me the queen because I'm older than him. But I wanted to get rid of that title." I shrug,

"So you let him getaway, and you stay here." She smirks,

"Look rumour has it you have a cotillion to crash, you might want to leave before it's too late." I smile falsely. She turns and walks away leaving me alone again. I hang my head down and control my breathing.

I wonder what everyone is going to wear tonight. Are Mal and Ben going to okay? Maybe Carlos will enjoy his date with Bay. And Evie can make money off of those dresses. Gosh, I wish I could go and see them one more time.

My thoughts were interrupted by the sound of rope being cut, I lift my head and see Harry and Gil cutting the ropes. Harry locks eyes with me and smiles, genuinely.

"What are you two doing?" I ask finally,

"You still have a cotillion to attend to, then you can come back like nothing ever happened. Plus you need to go stop Uma, she's planning on spelling Ben with Mal's spellbook." Gil says rather quickly. The ropes break lose and I'm free,

"Come on we guessed you could probably get back in time to stop them," Harry says. I smile and hug Harry tightly, he hesitates but hugs me back,

"Thank you guys so much." I smile and take off.

Time to save Auradon once again, I run to the beachside of the Isle and open the barrier slightly so only I could get out. I dive into the water and begin to swim to the second barrier, I open that one as well and continue to swim. I notice that the water is with different creatures, some really big others very small.

With the amount of time, I spent sailing never once did I check out the life under the water. I notice that there's a massive drop in the middle of the water, so deep it looks completely black, where no light can reach it. But I see a glimmer of something shining from the very bottom, I can't make out what it is, but something is down there. I shake my head and continue swimming towards Auradon.
