Colby walked into Olive's bedroom and saw Rebecca holding the sleeping little girl in her arms.
"What..?" He began to ask but Rebecca shushed him
"I'll tell you later" she said quietly and began to slowly move Olive onto her bed
When she had successfully moved the little girl, making sure she was still asleep. She walked over to Colby and grabbed the bag out of his hand, then making her way back to the bathroom. All without saying a word to him.
She took the test, sat it on the counter and waited. Colby waited outside the door and tried to keep his composure.
The timer went off in what seemed like an eternity later.. Rebecca slowly stood up and walked over to where the test was sitting flipped over on the counter.
"This is it.." she whispered and then took a deep breath
She flipped it over and saw the two pink lines she was hoping not to see...
