3. Finding Out You're Pregnant

Tour has now finished and we are back home to spend Christmas with our families. Well we are in Canada now visiting Shawn's family for the holiday. It's just been Christmas. I am out at the mall shopping with Shawn's mom Karen and his sister Aaliyah. Shawn is at home with dad while us girls have sometime together. We have been out at the mall for a couple of hours and we'll be heading back in the next hour or so. We've just had something to eat and all of a sudden I don't start to feel good. "Are you okay, Y/ N?" Aaliyah asks. "Yeah I'll be fine" I reply. "You look like you're going to throw up, sweetie" Karen said. "I do feel a bit sick" I reply. "When was your last period, Y/ N? Shawn mentioned that you and him have been trying for a baby recently" Karen asks. "Hmmm I don't know. I can't remember" I reply. "Shall we get you a pregnancy test" she said. So we go to a pharmacy at the mall and buy a pregnancy test. We buy one then go to the bathroom so I can take it. I go in a cubicle and I take the test. Karen and Aaliyah wait outside for me. A few minutes later I take the test and go outside with it. I don't look at it. "So what is it?" Aaliyah asks. "We are about to find out" I reply. I open my eyes and we look at the test and yes it's come back with a positive result. "You're pregnant. I'm going to be a granny" Karen cheers. "And I'm going be an aunt. Yay!" Aaliyah said. "Y/ N, you don't know how happy I am for Shawn and you " Karen says. "I'm so happy. We have to tell Shawn in a special way" I say. I give them a hug and we carry on shopping. I'm pregnant I can't believe it and can't wait to tell Shawn. I know he's going to be delighted

Harvey and I have been really sexually recently like we want that baby. I hope I'm pregnant as I've been getting symptoms lately. I don't wanna tell Harvey as I want to be sure I'm actually pregnant before I tell him. Today I'm in Sainsbury's doing the shopping. Harvey should be home around the same time as me. I'm passing down the aisles and I go down the medical aisle near the pharmacy. I hesitate if I should get a pregnancy test or not. After a few minutes I decide to grab one off the shelf. I pay for my shopping and go home. I hide the pregnant test in my jacket pocket. "Hey, babe. You back" Harvey said. "Yes I am. I missed you" I reply. "I missed you too" I reply. I leave Harvey to put away the shopping while I go to the bathroom and take the pregnancy test. Harvey doesn't know what I'm doing. I sit on the toilet and pee on the stick and wait for it. A moment later and the test comes back with a positive result. Yesssss I'm pregnant. I'm so happy and can't wait to tell Harvey. I don't want to tell him just yet. I celebrate in the bathroom silently so he doesn't suspect anything but I'm pregnant. Yay! I better go back in the kitchen before he notices where I am

Me and Niall have recently visit a fertility special to get some help having a baby as we are struggling to conceive atm. We want to have a baby so much and it's been a lot of months since we started trying so at the last resort we decided to go to a fertility specialist. We have gone through the process for the last month or so and they've planted them into me. I am going to the doctors this morning to find out if the IVF is successful and if I'm pregnant. Niall isn't going with me as he has a radio interview this morning that he can't miss so I'm going at if alone. I make my way to the clinic and arrive soon. I take a seat in the waiting soon and wait to be called in by Dr Brown. I take a seat. "So, Y/ N the results are in" he said. "Good so what is it" I reply. "Well it's great news. The IVF has been successful. Congratulations you're pregnant" he said. "Oh my gosh. That's amazing. I can't believe it. I just wish Niall was here" I reply. "Well he'll be so happy. You can tell him. And oh we don't know how many babies you are having yet. Weather it's one, two or three. You should find that out at your first scan" Dr Brown said. Yes I'm finally pregnant. I couldn't be any happier and I can't wait to tell Niall when he gets home later. I can't keep it from him. He'll be asking. It's worked and we are having a baby or babies
