"Yes."

"No."

"Yes"

"No."

"Yes!"

"No!"

"Yes!"

"No!"

"Both of you, knock it off!" Tyler, my older brother and Alpha of our pack, yelled. "She started it!" Derek protested. And in case your wondering, yes, he really is my OLDER brother. "Sure, blame it on the youngest sibling, why don't you?" I muttered.

"What were you fighting about THIS time?" Tyler lightly inquired, while raising an eyebrow.

"He wants me to go to the same school as HIM!" I said, pointing a finger at Derek.

"Hate to tell you, little sis, but you are going to the same school as us." "But WHY?" I complained.

"It's an easier way for us to keep an eye on you. Plus, most of our pack is there... including your best buds, Hakim and Scarlet." He explained.Well,Hakim really my 'best bud' because he hits on me...a lot. But if Scarlet's going to be there... I sighed. "Fine. I'll go get ready then." I said, getting up off the couch. "I'll see you at school, sis!" Derek called out in a sing-song voice. "Ah, shut up." I lowly grunted.

"Bye, Rose!" were the words I heard from my two brothers, as I proceeded to walk out the door.

"Peace, guys!" I hollered back. Shortly after I emerged out into the cold, breezy air, I made sure to have shut the door behind me. "Time to get ready." I whispered to myself, rubbing my cold palms closely together in anticipation.

'So... this is the school.' I thought as I approached 'Sweet Amoris High'

'It actually doesn't look too bad.' Little did I know that I really thought too soon. Because just then, I saw someone I REALLY hate. Castiel Blood.

Let me fill you in:

The Torquent Pack and Blood Pack are enemies, and have been for centuries. But I don't hate him just because he belongs to that pack. No, I hate him because of the way he acts and behaves. I tried to be friends with him when we were still kids, but it ended up being no use. He was nice at first, but as soon as he found out I was a Torquent, he went cold on me. He had made fun of the red cloak I wore, the one my grandma made for me, and always picked on me when my brothers weren't around.

Maybe I can ovoid him. Due to sudden self awareness, I began to pull my red cloak up over my head to hide my face.

As I walk through the doors of Sweet Amoris High, I remembered something about seeing the student body president about my registration form.

So without a further moment ado, I walked over to the Student Council Room and knocked on the door. "Hello?"

"Yes?" I peered into the space, to see who the voice belonged to. The owner of that voice turned out to be a cute blonde with the most golden eyes I've ever seen.

"Hi, I'm Rose. The new student. I'm here about my registration forms." I finally said, once I had back to earth.

"Oh. Well, Rose, welcome to Sweet Amoris High. My name is Nathaniel, but you can call me Nate. And, it seems all you need for your forms is a photo I.D." He smile the most beautiful smile I've ever seen.

"Ah, okay. Well, can you show me where the Principle's Office is?" I asked, tilting my head a little. "Sure. If you want, I can also show you where your classrooms are." "That would be amazing. Thank you." I said. "No problem." He smiled that smile again as we walked through the doors.

As we approached the office door, I said, "Thanks for showing me around."

"No problem. If you need anything, just come to the Student Council's office. I'm normally in there." He stated, giving me a short nod.

"Yeah. That's sounds good. I'll definitely come by sometime."

"Great. Oh, well, here's the office." He pointed out, opening the door for me. "Thank you." I beamed up at him, causing another smile to on his face.

I walked into the surprisingly small office and had immediately sighted a red-headed girl.

"Hi, I'm here for my photo I.D." I said. "Oh, yes. You must the new girl... Rose, right? I'm Iris." I can't help noting on the fact that she seemed to be like the talkative type. "Yes, I'm the new girl. And it's nice to meet you, Iris." I smiled sweetly. She sounds nice. I thought.

She pointed to a spot in the room and told me to stand there. I pulled my low pigtails out, letting all of my brown waves free. I began to smile and Iris takes the picture. Just as the flash goes out, the person I hate with a passion walks in. So much for avoiding him. I pull the hood of my red cloak up again, hoping it would hide my face. "I'm here, cause?" he asked with his husky voice that would make any girl melt. But I'm not 'any girl'. No, I'm a Torquent. But if I do hate him 100%, why did my heart flutter a little?

"You're here because you're in trouble." Iris said slowly, as if she was talking to a 5 year old. "What else is new?" I whispered, but knew Castiel could hear me. "You better be quiet and learn your place here quick, newbie." He growled. "You don't remember me?" I said, placing my hand against my heart in mock pain. "What a shame. Maybe if I do this, you will." I took the hood off of my head and his eyes grew a little bigger. But only a little.

"Rose." he whisperd, obviously not having recognized me earlier. "That's right Cas. I'm back," I took a step towards him, "and better than ever." I grabbed my I.D, said a quick thank you to Iris, took the piece of paper with her number on it, and left.

'Who does he think he is!' I screamed in my head.

'Whoa, little sis. What's wrong?' Derek asked.

Where are you? I asked sternly.

'I'm in the courtyard. Rose what is wrong?'

I was about to shift. I could feel it. I needed to run off some steam. If I don't, all these people will see a 16-year-old girl transform into a big. brown wolf. I really don't think that's a good idea.

'Tell Tyler I'm missing one or two classes for now. I'll tell you later what had happened.' I said quickly in my head, then blocked them out before they could protest.

I ran towards the thick forest in front of me. When I was in far enough, I shifted into a wolf mid stride, ripping off all my clothes in the process. Then I ran. I didn't care where I went... I just needed to go. She was starting to take over, but I put her back where she belongs. I ran towards the back of the forest. Near the Blood's side of it.

I slowed as I apporoached the imaginary line between our land and there's. I started pacing from one side to another, but never crossing that line.

I didn't know what to think of it. Why did my brothers make go to this school? Why does he have to be there? Why does he do this to me? Why does he make me uncertain about myself when I'm around him? Does he even know what he does to me? That last question really stuck to my mind.

I stopped pacing and sat down. I'm not much of a crier, but I started to slowly let tears slide down from green hues. Okay, I can't take this. I'm crying over, what? A guy? No, Rosa Torquent does NOT cry over guys. I felt stronger and more in control. She was starting to feel better and so was I.

I got up and walked back to school, feeling a little better.
