When starting a conversation in English it may be difficult if you are having trouble pronouncing the words, or you have trouble putting words together in sentences and questions. Luckily I'm here to help you.
If someone comes up to you and asks you how you are doing just know that its a very easy question to respond to. Just say "oh I am fine" or "I am good" or other words or responses can work that relate to how you are doing. To respond after you say how you are just say "and how are you doing?" Or "I am good how are you?" Just something like that.
If someone carries on the conversation and asks you "What are you up to today?" Or "How has your day been?" Or "It's a very nice day out" etc. You can respond in a couple of ways.

For the first question you can reply with.....
• I am working today
• Just shopping
• Doing some homework or filling out work papers
• Enjoying my day off
• (Anything else you want to say that describes what you are up to)

For the second question......
* My day has been pretty good
* It has been going good
* It's been stressful but it will improve
* Just a normal day nothing major going on
(You can also ask them "How has your day been?")

If anyone has any questions or if you guys are confused feel free to let me know. I am here to help enjoy. 😄
