Chapter 16 - Tamaki's Plan

We were It was about 9am and we were halfway through breakfast when my phone rang. I picked it up and looked at the caller ID.

'Probably one of the guys.'

I sighed and answered.

"Who is it?." I asked.

"It's Kyoya." He informed.

"Oh hey Senpai, what do you want?"

"Tamaki is planning to visit Haruhi today and asked me to tag along. So I thought that you would like to come too."

"Um. Okay." I said slightly confused.

"Okay. See you at Haruhi's at 10am. Can you call the twins and see if they want to come too?"

"Why me? Can't you do it?"

"I need to call Honni-senpai and Mori-senpai. It would be easier if we split."

"Fine. See ya later."

"Bye"

I hung up the phone and dropped my head.

"What's up?" Hikaru asked, nudging my arm playfully before wrapping it around my waist.

"Everyone's planning to visit Haruhi today and Kyoya wanted me you ask if you and Karou wanted to come." I told him.

"Sure. I'll call Karou." He took out his phone and dialed his brother.

Within 10 minutes, a fancy looking car was parked outside the building with Karou waiting by it.

We headed down stairs and exited the front doors to see a bunch of other people from my apartment building gathered around the car. We could only just see Karou through the crowd.

"Hey Kino, Hikaru! Over here!" He called out.

Everyone then immediately turned towards me.

'Why???'

"Hey Kino. You know these guys?" My friend Mai questioned me.

"Oh hey Mai, and to answer your question. Yes I do know them, sadly enough."

"Hey!" The twins exclaimed in offence.

"Sorry. I was only joking." I giggled.

"So who are these guys?" Mai asked.

"Oh right. Mai, this is Hikaru and Karou. They're my friends from Ouran Academy. Guys, this is Mai, my friend from middle school." I introduced.

"Nice to meet you." She smiled.

"Nice to meet you too." The twins smiled back.

Mai pulled me aside.

"Are either of them single?" She asked me desperately.

I laughed.

"I dunno to be honest. I think Karou is. But I know Hikaru isn't." I told her.

"Oh. So you've already taken one have you?"

I went pink.

"What makes you say that!?" I asked panicking.

"Its obvious. I saw you and one of 'em enter your apartment yesterday but neither of you left."

"Whatever." I almost yelled, my face only going more red.

"Hey Kino! You comin' or what?" I heard them call out.

"Be right there!" I yelled back. "See ya later Mai."

"Bye." She winked. "Have fuuun."

I stepped into the car, waved to Mai and we were on our way to Haruhi's. And just as expected, I was sitting next to Hikaru and Karou was sitting up at the front. I could see his big smirk from the side mirror of the car.

'He will pay... Eventually.'

We arrived at Haruhi's at around 10am. The others were already there and had attracted a crowd of people.

"Who is it?." I asked.

"It's Kyoya." He informed.

"Oh hey Senpai, what you want?"

"Tamaki is planning to visit Haruhi today and asked me to tag along. So I thought that you would like to come too."

"Um. Okay." I said slightly confused.

"Okay. See you at Haruhi's at 10am. Can you call the twins and see if they want to come too?"

"Why me? Can't you do it?"

"I need to call Honni-senpai and Mori-senpai. It would be easier if we split."
