I go downstairs and see father, Kurogiri, and All for one.
"Ready to train?" All for one asks.
"Yes Master." I say.
I bow in respect.
"Once you are done with training we have news before Dinner." Father says.
"Ok father." I say.
I reply with another bow.
"You will be training with all of us attacking you. Only All for one will hold back." Kurogiri says.
"Ok. I am ready to train for today." I say .
I bow once more.
We go out into the training room.
All of them attack me at once.
I take father's hand and make him touch Kurogiri's neck or his weak spot.
Kurogiri now goes into his human form.

Imagine him in his normal suit thing he always wears.
They both stumble and roll for a little bit and end up stopping.
They both get up.
While I pretend I'm distracted, All for one tries to attack me.
I turn around and leg sweep him.
He falls over.
All of them charge towards me.
I wait.
At the last moment I create my wings and fly up.
They all knock heads.
They all get back up.
I'm wrapped in All for one's flesh thingy.
I teleport and stand next to them.
I feel strange.
