Madeline hated not being able to see. The bag on her head lead her to be confused of where she was, or more particularly where she was going. Two people were holding on to her arms, hard. She would have used magic, but sadly Marcel put a binding twine rope on her wrist. She was denseless.

Who would have thought that only three weeks ago she figured out a spell to find the missing pages, and they led her to New Orleans. She had no idea what the City of Witches, Wolves, and Vampires would bring her this much misery. Even though she had no idea what was going on, she knew she was most likely walking to her death.

She heard a chained door open, and felt her body get shoved inside. She fell on her right hip, and it hurt like a mother trucker. She pulled her hand up to her cloth bag on her head and pulled it off. When she opened her eyes, she was almost blinded. The light was so bright. She hasn't seen light for a few days, as she was kept in a cellar. When her eyes accommodated, she say that she was in circular boxing ring with a huge chain fence around the edges. It looked like a WMA arena. There were so many people around, and she could tell that they were all vampires. They were all hooting and hollering. She recognized the room they were in right away: it was the huge entryway of the old Mikaelson house, which is now owned by Marcel. Madeline looked over to her left and saw Damon, who just took his own bag off his head. He was taking in the area.

"Are you guys ready for the next fight!" a masculine voice yelled from the balcony area. Madeline brought her blue eyes up and saw Marcel, with his hands holding onto the railing. All the vampires yelled in excitement, "It's Halloween, the one day we are celebrated! But, we should be celebrated everyday! We are on the top of the Food Chain, baby!"

This caused more screams from the crowd. Madeline noticed that for Marcel's halloween costume he was wearing a crown. How fitting for his ego.

"For today's fight we have a Vampire," Marcel yelled which earned encouraging yells from the crowd, "And a witch," this earned boo's. Madeline stood up from the mat, as did Damon, "They are going to fight till the death!"

"Sorry to burst your bubble, but I am not going to fight her," Damon yelled up to Marcel, "We are just going to go," Damon continued and grabbed Madeline's hand and pulled her toward the gate. Five vampires blocked the way.

"You are not going anywhere," Marcel said, with a smirk. Madeline used to think Marcel was a cool Vampire, but he is kind of a dick.

"Well, we are not going to fight each other," Damon continued putting himself in front of Madeline.

"You think you have a choice?" Marcel said as he turned to his left and beckoned a vampire toward him. The vampire was carrying two straw dolls: Voodoo dolls, "I might hate witches, but I do like some witch craft," Marcel said as he held the two dolls. He grabbed a needle and pierced it in one of the dolls heart, and Damon fell down in pain, grasping his heart, "Let's get this party started!" Marcel said as he handed one doll, most likely Madeline's to a female vampire, and the other one, Damon's, to a male vampire. Both, Madeline did not recognize. Marcel grabbed his chaless and took a swig. It didn't take a genius to figure out it was filled with blood.

Damon turned toward Madelin, "You need to kill me," Damon said, but Madeline just shook her head. She was not going to kill him, "You have too."

Someone threw two wooden stakes into the arena. Madeline felt her legs moving against her consent. She knelt down and picked one up. Damon felt himself doing the same.

"Let the fight Comense!" Marcel yelled and everyone cheered in response. Madeline and Damon started to circle around each other.

"Madeline, you have too," Damon said, "I can try to hold it off, but I won't for that long. I am stronger than you. You don't have any magic."
