I nervously adjusted my skirt as I walked into the FBI's Behavioral Analysis Unit. I had finally completed my FBI training and this was my first day on the job.

I was met at the doorway by a man I knew as Aaron Hotchner. He had interviewed me and given me this job. He shook my hand and showed me inside.

When we got into a room full of people working at desks, Hotchner cleared his throat. "Everyone, I would like to introduce the newest member of the BAU. Dr. Delaney Leroy."

The first one to speak was a young-ish looking man. "Well, I would say that you look young to be a doctor, but, then again, we have pretty boy here, so..."

"I told you not to call me that, Morgan," answered the young one that Morgan must have been talking about.

"How old are you?" asked a woman.

"I'm 23."

"Wow, she really is like another Reid," she said.

Hotchner showed me to the desk across the young guy. "Hi. I'm Spencer Reid." He smiled and shook my hand.

"Delaney Leroy," I introduced myself.

I introduced myself to everybody else. I knew most of them a little already because I had seen them around during my training.

Before I knew it, a couple of months had passed by and I felt like a member of the team. We were all getting a two-week long vacation. Needless to say, I was very excited.

I sat at my desk, finishing up some final paperwork before the vacation. Elle and Morgan were talking about some getaway in the Bahamas that they were going to.

Morgan looked over to me and Reid. First, he walked up to Reid. "Pretty boy. Last chance. I can get my man to swing you a hotel room for practically nothing. Even you might get a little lovin out there."

I looked up at him and smiled. I knew that he was going to visit his schizophrenic mother in Las Vegas. "Thanks anyway." He was packing up.

"Come on, Reid, live a little, huh?"

"I have to go- I'm going home," Reid said as he rushed out. "Have a good one guys."

I smiled and waved at him as he left. He smiled back.

Morgan seemed a little disconcerted before he turned to me. "How about you, Leroy? You sure you don't want a little vacation in paradise?"

I laughed. "No, I'm ok." I put away my files. "You know what, I should probably go." I had a plane to catch. I packed up my things and headed out. "Bye, guys!"

I got into my car and headed home. My suitcase was already on the bed. I changed into my travelling clothes and waited for my dad to come and pick me up.

I saw his car pull into the driveway and ran out to greet him. "Hi Dad!"

He smiled and helped me put my suitcase in the car. "Hey, kiddo. How's my favorite FBI Agent?"

I rolled my eyes. "I'm fine, Dad. You?"

"I'll definitely be better once we get out of here."

I laughed. "Yeah. Let's go."

We headed off to the airport. Our flight left in an hour and we wanted to have plenty of time to get through security.

We printed off our boarding passes and got in line for the security check. I told my dad about my life. I didn't see him much, since he lived in Maine.

About twenty minutes later, we were through security. I found a Wendy's and we ate some burgers. Then, we were onto the plane and headed to France.
