Mrs. Weasley's sweaters

Knowing that the Dursleys were terribly neglectful of Harry, Ron wrote to Mrs. Weasley and asked her to do something special for Harry for Christmas. Ron then acted surprised when he saw that Harry got a Weasley sweater, that way Harry would believe that there were people who cared, even if they had never met him. Mrs. Weasley never told Ron, but she had already made Harry a sweater as soon as she'd received Ron's first letter from school saying that he and Harry were friends.
