Remus Lupin's boggart was originally his friends calling him a monster or hating him because he was a warewolf. After second year when James, Sirius and Peter accepted him, it became their dead bodies, having beenc killed by him in his wolf form. In sixth year, after Lily found out he was a werewolf and accepted him, her body joined the mix too. Once they joined the Order, it became simply their dead bodies. It wasn't until after Sirius was sent to prison that it became the fool moon, because then he had to face the fact that he'd have to deal with all of his transformartions on his own.
