Alec's POV
My eyes glistened with venom tears that will never fall. My own sister, my love, my world, just used her gift on me over a small joke? What did I do wrong? What happened to the loving Jane that I know?
"Please Alec, I'm sorry! I just got frustrated." she begged.
Frustrated? Yeah right.
"No. Get out of my room." I whimpered.
"Alec sweetie please-"
"NO! GET OUT!" I screamed.
Her eyes shone with hurt as she ran out of the room, slamming the door behind her. I rushed towards it and locked it, thanking God that the doors and locks were vampire proof. Sliding down to my knees, I let out a scream of agony that echoed throughout the castle. I'm pretty sure that everyone heard it because the next thing I knew, pounds and raucous noises filled up outside my bedroom door.
"Alec! You ok in there buddy?" asked Felix.
"Alec! Open up!" said Demetri.
"Alec, my son. Open the door. What happened dear boy?" asked Aro.
I started dry sobbing and getting up shakily to sit on a chair, ignoring their pleas. Taking out a pen and paper, I wrote down a note, leaving it on my bed and jumping out the window, hoping to escape my nightmares.
