chapter 13

she leaned in and whispered in my ear, "its always been you calum...always you. i never really liked luke or michael, especially not ashton. it's always been you calum."

she then leaned in and -

"calum wake your ass up!"

"go away!"

"no you gotta get up!"

ugh. the dream was just beginning to get good until luke here had to wake me up. fuck.

i try and go back to sleep but its no use. so i get up and go downstairs into the kitchen.

"what time is it?" i ask scratching my head.

"11:30 in the morning."

"ugh."

"why are you so grumpy? you're usually in a good mood when you wake up."

"i'm grumpy because luke woke me up from a good ass dream."

"what dream?"

"uh...i was kissing katy perry."

"oh man, sorry mate."

"i-its cool."

i did as usual and got my toast and a whip of vegemite. and made my way back to my room.

i got dressed, brushed my teeth, and made my way downstairs.

surprisingly, we had a visitor. a girl.

not clementine, sadly. but the girl was cute, not gonna lie.

"calum, do you know this girl?"

"i-i don't know?"

"she says she knows you. and she's in love with you."

"whats you're name?"

"nadine."

"odd name that is."

"yeah, don't you remember me?"

"n-no?"

"i'm the girl from the other night."

"doesn't ring a bell."

"uh, you gave me a goodbye kiss and then some girl saw."

"ohhhhh. you're the drunk girl michael cheated with."

"she's the girl who michael hooked up with?! the girl you gave a goodbye kiss to and clementine saw?!"

"yep. that's me."

"michael."

"i'm sorry you need to leave now."

"i-i can't."

"why?!"

"because i'm in love with that guy."

she pointed at me. oh no.

"what?"

"yeah. that kiss. it was magical. even if it was only for like 10 seconds."

"you're very odd, nadine."

"yeah. so will you go out with me?!"

"uh, no."

"why?!"

"because i don't like you."

"then why did you give me a goodbye kiss."

"its the only way you were gonna leave!"

"oh, then i should go now."

"yes you should."
