CHAPTER IV

Flashback

No one's POV

Silence has never been awkward for Mina and Chaeyoung.

They feel comfortable just by sitting side by side
..
..
..
But

not today.

The two are sitting in such an intense atmosphere.

What led to this?

Well, here's the story

Chaeyoung saw Mina talking to a guy.

Not just any other guy. But that 'Bambam' guy.

The two seemed to be really absorbed in their talk that they didn't saw Chaeyoung coming their way.

"Hi babe" chaeyoung greeted mina

Mina widened her eyes but composed herself

"H-hi chaeng...uhm i-"

She was cutted off by bambam

"So, you're Chaeyoung."
He said while smiling in chaeyoung's way.

"Well, I'll go ahead first. See ya mitang!" The guy waved and disappeared immediately.

"Mitang?" Chaeyoung asked

"I didn't know you two are close"

"It's nothing chaeng. He's just asking stuffs about philosophy. He missed it yesterday."

"Are you sure?"

"Of course. Look chaeng,  it's nothing alright? Let's not talk about it"

A month later

Mina and chaeyoung seemed to be drifting apart.

They don't have much time with each other.

It's either one of them is having a project or the other having a club practice.

They don't talk often and Chaeyoung seemed to notice that.

She decided to at least visit Mina in her room for the day to at least see her and talk a bit.

She missed the girl and she wants to see her badly.

But on her way to Mina's classroom she spotted her girl talking happily to the same guy she saw her with a month ago.

Bambam again.

That boy is getting on her nerves but she tried to calm down and walk their way.

"Hi minari" Chaeyoung caught their attention.

She placed her right hand on mina's waist while smiling at her sweetly.

"What are you doing here chaeng?" Is mina's answer

"Can't I visit my girl? I missed you. It's been a while since I saw you" chaeyoung tried to kiss her but mina turned the other way around.

Chaeyoung was dumbfounded.

"Not here chaeng. We're with someone" mina said looking at bambam

"Uhm. I'll go inside first" bambam said

When he was gone chaeyoung asked

"Why are you with him again?"

"Not this again chaeng" mina said rolling her eyes.

"But you two looked so--" chaeyoung was cutted by Mina

She don't like what Chaeyoung is trying to say.
