I heard you were in pain today,

So I decided that You needed this.

You needed the comfort of someone's embrace around you.

Or the listening and ever patient ear of a friend 

I could see the pain you carry 

and though you didn't know it I was carrying it with you...

I shared the load when you were about to crumble to the ground,

and took it all upon myself to take it all from you.

I did it so you could live happy and without worry.

And Just in case you haven't heard this in a long time...
