There's a wolf sitting on my fire escape. What the hell? But then i blink and it's gone. My hand fly out to grab Taehyung's arm.
Babe? Everything okay?
He blinks in the darkness, voice groggy.

My voice is breathless.
Yeah, i just - i thought i saw a wolf ...
He's still half-asleep, but his brow furrows.

I'm being ridiculous. There aren't any wolves in the city. And they definitely can't climb fire escapes.
Taehyung pushes himself up in bed. He's staring at me in concern.
