Too hot!

"I want to come with you. Please." Batting my eyelashes wouldn't work this time. I huffed a little as my mate pulled me with his strong arms, and over his toned chest.

"My love, I will be back before you even realize I'm gone. It's just a weekend." He murmured in my ear and kissed my shoulder gently.

Alpha meeting they said. Why did it have to be this weekend? I had planned so many things for us to do, get some alone time and now it was ruined. With a sigh, I nodded and leaned up to kiss him gently, my hands holding on his muscular biceps.

"I promise that when I return we'll spend more than a weekend together." His emerald green eyes made it extremely difficult for me to argue, his apologetic look convincing me he was truthful.

"Okay, baby. I'll prepare your bag?" I offered with a sweet smile, trailing soft kisses all over his jawline. In fact, I might have wanted to check his bag a little. Maybe.

'Right' my wolf snorted, rolling her eyes at me.

"That's fine, sunshine, I've had everything packed yesterday, when you ladies went shopping. How was it by the way? Did you have fun?". I found myself on his lap as he asked me, his arms feeling so right around me. "It was actually really good. I bought a couple of things!"

"Did you?" His low chuckle made my insides clench lightly. I couldn't help it, I was a sucker for a powerful, sexy voice and Leo... Mhmmm..

"What's wrong?" His voice sounded worried and I tilted my head to the side, giving him a confused look.

"You've been squirming repeatedly." His lips formed a small smirk at his next statement. "Not that I'm complaining.."

Suddenly, my cheeks felt like on fire as I finally felt his not-so-little friend poking the underside of my thigh as I sat on his lap. Clearing my throat, I blinked and stood up barely managing not to fall down as my two left legs decided to make an appearance.

"I-I am going to... Uh I'm going to wash the dishes?"

My eyes traveled to him as he casually leaned on his chair, watching me in amusement "I don't know. Are you?"

Waving my hands in a dismissing manner, I walked out of his office, crushing on a tight chest.

"Waaatch it, Luna." Oh, Mark.

His cheerful smile was enough to snap me out of my confused/turned on state as my lips also formed a smile.

"How are you doing?" I asked, pushing a strand of hair behind my ear, really interested in his life and generally his well-being.

"Good, pretty good! Training the pups again, discussing with Leo and Xav about the new arrivals.."

New arrivals? I knew nothing about it.

"Really?"

I glanced up at him with a raised eyebrow, before realizing that I probably had voiced my thoughts out loud.

"Yeah... Leo didn't tell me anything."

"Oh, well it's not exactly new arrivals. No new members in the back. Something like.. Guests."

Frowning even more, I tapped my foot against the floor, looking up at him with an inquiring look.

"Oh no, don't look at me like that, I'm not saying anything." Mark said and shook his head, starting to quickly walk away.

I raised an eyebrow and marched angrily to our bedroom. I was supposed to be the Luna, that they'd inform me about things and ask for my opinion, not that simply announce me things! Grumbling, I got rid of my clothes and hopped into the shower, letting the cool water ran down on me, immediately feeling its calming aura relaxing me.
