2 weeks later

Astrella POV:

This is it. It’s finally the moment. I am walking in the front doors of the hospital and I am flipping out. I get to see my beautiful baby sister for the first time since the horrible accident I caused. This is it.

Liam drove me to the hospital. I asked him to walk me up and then told him he could leave that my mom would be waiting up there for me.

Liam and I this last week have been like best friends. Even though I didn’t always want him there he never left my side, which was amazing because my parents were so focused on Ronnie that they didn’t really pay much attention to me. Liam and I stepped into the elevator. I was so nervous.

“Are you sure you’re ready to do this?” Liam asked me while placing a hand on my shoulder. I nodded my head.

We walked up and I entered the room. Liam stayed back watching from the door. I don’t know what happened to me being strong but I broke down. Seeing her like that. A tube coming out of her mouth. Half of her head shaved with a tube in it. All the bumps and bruises. She looked so helpless. How could I have done this to her.

“Ronnie. I’m so sorry.” I cried. I squeezed her hand. “I know you hate me for doing this. I’m so so so so sorry.”

Liam came behind me and put his hand on my shoulder as I cried.

Cassie POV: *2 weeks later*

“Boy what do you want to do today?” I yelled. I have been having to entertain Harry and Louis since the other boys are gone. Niall flew to Ireland to visit his brother, Liam was at the hospital with Astrella, and Lily, Zayn, Bek and Adian all flew to Spain for a vacation.

“Lets go out and meet Liam for lunch!” Louis yelped. He ran over and placed a kiss on my forehead and went back to wrestling with Harry.

I called Liam and he said as soon as visiting hours are over he will come.

I got Louis and Harry in the car and we drove to the restaurant.

There Liam was standing with Astrella. She looked tired and weak.

“Hey guys!” I exclaimed. Liam wrapped me in a hug and Astrella smiled weakly.

We all went in and sat down for lunch. Everything was going smoothly until Harry asked Astrella about her sister.

“How is she doing?” Harry looked sympathetic.

“She uh, she is um. She is hurt.” Tears started to pour from her eyes. She has been at the hospital every single day since she was first allowed to visit.  She had slept there and sometimes ate. She was in a horrible state. Poor girl. But the good thing is Liam had formed a bond with her and he never left her side. She was lucky.

She got up and walked out of the restaurant. Liam followed.

“Did I say something wrong?” Harry looked upset.

“No Harry. Just the slightest mention of her sisters name hurts her.” I sighed. It must really sucks for her. But at least she has a chance to see her sister get better. Matt was already gone when I got here.

I hope Ronnie vets better. Astrella wont be able to take much more. She looks like she is about to break.
