Luke
I try my best not to cry when I'm in my room. I don't want my parents to come in and I don't want anyone bothering me. I ignore my texts and calls, though I read the ones from Ashton. Most of them saying how he was drunk, sometimes even blaming Jo for putting something in his drink. Like why would you even take a drink from her in the first place? You don't take drinks from people you don't know at parties. I shrink down in my blankets more and bury my face into my pillow until I hear something hit my window. I groan and get up, peeking outside my window just a little in case it's Ashton, but it's not.
"Calum, what the hell?" I say once I open the window and look down at him.
"Shut the hell up I'm coming in." he calls back so I open my window more and step back so he could get in. Right when his feet touch the carpet he wraps me in a tight hug. "I'm so sorry Lukey." he says in my hair. I sigh and hug him back, tears brimming in my eyes again.
"It's not your fault." I mumble and he just nods slightly and pulls away. "I just wish I didn't get hooked so fast." I whisper and flop back on my bed.
"Love stinks, yeah, yeah." he sings in a horrible voice from that stupid movie.
"Shut up, Calum." I murmur but end up smiling anyway.
"But you smiledddddd." He grins widely and sits on my thighs.
"Shut up." I repeat, trying to shove him off my legs. "You're heavy." I groan and he just lays next to me anyway.
"Cuddles." he pouts, cuddling up to me. I smile and he wraps his arm around my waist as I lay my head on his shoulder.
"Mmkay." I mumble, burying my face in his neck and closing my eyes. "night." I mumble softly.
"Night, Lukey." He pulls the blankets over us and I drift off to sleep.

"What the hell?" I wake up groggily to my father's voice. This literally cannot happening right now of all times.
"Dad relax he's just-" I move around and notice Calum's gone and look at my dad in confusion. "what's wrong?" I mumble, rubbing my eye.
"This, is what's wrong." he shoves a paper in my face and I blink and squint my eyes at the sheet but I still don't know what it is.
"What is it?"
"An A minus." My dad sneers.
"What? So?"
"So? Lucas I expect more than this from you." I sit up in my bed and run my fingers through my hair.
"Dad, it's just an A minus." I mumble.
"Just an A minus?!" He raises his hand and I flinch away but he stops and sighs, dropping his had back by his side. "Just, get your grade up."he mumbles and leaves, closing the door behind him.
If all back on my bed and unlock my phone for the first time this weekend.
"Ashton won't stop bugging me. Talk to him pls-Mikey." Ha, no.
"Snuck out befor ur dad came in:) see ya latr.-Cal."
I can wait for school tomorrow.
