"Chaemin, you've got an appointment in an hour. Plan to dress well and make sure to be on time. I'll text you the rest of the information shortly." My boss informs me from the other end of the line.

"I'll be there." I answer before hanging up. I sigh, shaking my head at the call as I look around with a frown.

Shaking off everything that is my surroundings, I stop cleaning up the broken glass from the night before and head up to my room. I guess that's just what happens when an entire family falls apart. When your right hand man becomes the person who's taken over power from you because you became too weak.

Walking straight to my closet, I stop and check my phone once more for the further information. I see a text from him that says I've got a dinner meeting. The other person set up the reservation and is supposed to cover the costs.

Seeing the name of the restaurant, I roll my eyes. Of course, it's one of the nicest places in the city. Shaking my head, I pull out my dark red dress and black heels that go with it. I quickly pull both on before pulling out my small bag that has makeup in it along with a mirror for it.

Quickly doing my makeup, I apply smoky eyeshadow, black eyeliner and mascara, and dark red lipstick. Once I'm done, I grab the large black leather purse that work gave me back when I started and head out.

"Song Chaemin. It's wonderful to meet you." The man says with a bow. I give a small bow as well, being careful with the dress before sitting down at the secluded table. The waitress comes no more than thirty seconds later, taking drink orders to which I order a whiskey on the rocks.

Generally in these business meeting settings, the choice of drinks are either wines or whiskeys. Of course, it would tend to be that the men order the whiskeys and the women order the wines. If you order anything else, you tend to be taken less seriously. I happen to pick the whiskeys because it's my preferred drink and also because it lets them know who's in ultimate control.

"What can I do for you?" I ask, initiating the conversation after the drinks are brought out a minute later. The man sighs, running a hand through his slowly thinning hair before speaking.

"Let me first explain. I work at BigHit Entertainment and manage a band called BTS. One of the members, I do believe you know. Min Yoongi, correct?" He checks. Recognizing the name in a heartbeat, I stay silent and blank as I nod my head.

"If I'm not mistaken, you two used to be best friends, correct? We had to do background checks on each of the members including certain contacts according to caretakers properly." He explains. I nod my head.

"When we were much younger, yes we were close." I answer vaguely.

"Good. That's why when I made the call, I specifically requested you to work this case. It's really not much of a case for you as I know your line of work despite it being the broadest in your firm." He continues. I frown at his words, taking a sip of my whiskey.

"Why specifically request me? I understand Min Yoongi's a part of BTS, I don't live under a rock. However, what does that have to do with me?" I question, trying to figure out where this is going. I haven't had contact with Yoongi since I was eight years old.

"The band is beginning to crash, Ms. Song. It started out with Yoongi and has since effected the entire band to the point where we're prepared to be taking desperate measures, which is where you come into play." He answers. Taking another sip, I understand the issue at hand.

"What is it that you're looking for me to do?" I ask, allowing my first finger to glide along the rim of my glass.

"I need you to stay with the boys. We'll give you a year stay there if you need that long. They've all fallen apart in one way or another. I'm hoping we can bring you in to stay with them and have you resolve everything. Bring them out of the dark rut they've gotten stuck in. We bring you in under the impression you're Yoongi's best friend and that you're there to help all of them get better.
