It was a beautiful moonlight night, Sephiroth was leaning over the balcony where he and Genesis were going to kiss but was disturbed by Lazard. 'Lazard..' Sephiroth thought to himself, he really didn't understand that man. "and what might you be doing alone here?" Sephiroth was startled by the voice of Rufus ShinRa. Sephiroth turned around and forced a smile on his face, "I was admiring the City" Sephiroth said sighing, "it's Genesis isn't it?.. you really love that man don't you" The blonde said looking up at the moonlight, "just be careful.. there are rumours that Genesis has been seen with another man" Sephiroth frowned at the statement, "I pity you" Sephiroth spat out angrily, "you would go out of your way to cause drama" he bluntly continued. Sephiroth turned to leave, "no Seph.. I pity you" Rufus sadly sighed.
Since the conversion with Rufus Sephiroth was constantly on edge, though, he did realise he and Genesis were spending little time together, Sephiroth was alone so he went to find Genesis.
