Chapter 27

(Nakaraan)

Binitawan nya ako. "Yeah. I thought kilala na kita pero it seems that you've changed." Sinimulan na nya ang pagkuha ng susi at phone nya sa table. "You want the table? Here. We're leaving." Pumunta sya sa tabi ni Tara and held her hand. Pagktapos ay tumingin sa akin. "Tara is the one I love. And I never want to see her in pain. Never again, Ami." Umalis na sila and left me dumbfounded.

Kaagad na lumapit si David sa akin at inalalayan akong umupo. "Are you okay?"

I held back my tears and smiled. "Oo naman. Shall we order?"

Even still worried, he nodded.

 I am pushed to my limits. Everything Kent, everything just to make you mine. 

Chapter 27

Tara's POV

Umuwi na rin kami after ng dinner. Pero hanggang ngayon, di pa rin ako makapaniwala sa nangyari. I mean, yeah, it's not really surprising but knowing na si Ami ang pinagtaasan nya ng boses means something. Nung una palang I already know na they're really close and for Kent to do that to Ami is quite.. I don't know.

Naramdaman kong may humawak ng kamay ko. I looked at his hand and then to him. I reached for his shoulder and rested my head to him. He pulled my closer. Nasa sala kami ngayon and watching a movie.  "Are you okay? Parang ang lalim ng iniisip mo."

I looked at the television screen. "I feel.. ahm, I don't know. What you did kanina is quite disturbing, I guess. Dapat hindi mo pinagtaasan ng boses si Ami."

Nalaman ko na yun pala ang pinaguusapan nila ni Ca last time. Na tinanong nya kay Ca kung kanino nanggaling ang mga sinabi ko and of course, knowing Ca, sasabihin nya talaaga ito at for sure with matching sermon pa kay Kent dahil hinayaan nya itong mangyari. 

He kissed the top of my head. "I was thinking the same. Hindi ko dapat sya pinahiya and instead talked to her privately. But I was consumed by my anger. The moment I saw her, I remember you hurting. Hindi ko na napigilan ang sarili ko."

"But still.. Kahit may sama ng loob ako sa kanya, I think she deserves a sorry. Dapat nagpigil ka pa rin."

"How can I? Nagflash back sakin yung mga hikbi mo, yung pag-iyak mo and everything. I don't want to see that again. That's the least scenario na gugustuhin kong makita. I don't want to see you crying. Never."

I faced him and touched his cheek. I smiled. "I know. But still, one sorry wouldn't hurt right?" Tumango ito. "Thank you. Thank you for protecting me and always making me feel I'm loved."

He smiled. "I promised remember? Hangga't kaya ko. I'll do everything to make you happy. I love you."

Tsup! "I love you too!" I planted small kisses in his face, avoiding his lips.

He cupped my face to stop me. "Pano naman to?" He pointed his lips.

"Alin?"

"Eto!" Binitawan nya ang muka ko as he pointed his lips again.

"Asan ba? Di ko makita." Pang-aasar ko pa.

Sumimangot ito. "Eto nga oh!" Nginuso pa nya ang labi nya.

I chuckled. "Really! Hindi ko mkita!"

He then cupped my face again and claimed my lips. It was fierce yet careful. Parang nagpaparusa lang for playing games with him. But it is full of love at emotions. Pero I want to feel more. I want more. I reached for his hair and initiate para lumalim pa ang halik. I can sense na nagulat sya sa ginawa ko dahil napatigil sya from kissing me and gently parted.

"You are such a tease."

I chuckled. "Agad?" Unconsiously, I moisten my lips by my tongue.

"Damn." He crushed his lips unto mine at di ko na namalayan na naihiga na pala nya ako sa sofa and he's already on top of me. Unti unting bumaba ang mga halik nya sa leeg ko.

I can't supress a moan. "K-Kent.."

Bigla itong tumayo at lumayo sa akin. "Shit! I want you. I want you bad, Tara."

Bumangon ako at walked towards him. "Then have me." I don't know what get into me at nasabi ko yun. But I guess the feeling's mutual. I want him.

Bahagya na naman itong nagulat sa akin. He closed his eyes and sighed deeply. Lumapit ito sa akin at pinagdikit ang mga noo namin. "Please don't tease. Don't make this hard for me. Not now, Tara. Hindi ngayon. But we'll get there okay? Sa ngayon, paghandaan muna natin."

I looked at him straight in the eyes. He's really a good man. Tumango ako and smiled. "Okay."

He pinched my nose. "Don't you dare seduce me again. Baka hindi na ko makapagpigil!"

I chuckled. "Fine. Guilty as charge."

Binuhat nya ako. "Let's sleep?"

"Do I have a choice?"

"No." He chuckled. Naglakad na sya papunta sa kwarto namin and laid me there sa kama. "CR lang ako saglit."

I smiled. "Okay."

Nung pumasok na sya, I scanned my phone. May 2 missed calls. Parehong galing kay David.  Hmm? Bakit kaya? I texted him. 

*What's wrong? Hindi ko hawak phone ko kanina.*

I waited pero hindi naman ito nagreply. Must be sleeping already.

 Saktong labas naman ni Kent from the CR. Tumabi na ito sa akin. "Let's sleep na wifey?"

"Opo, hubby!"

"Goodnight forehead.." He kissed my forehead. "Goodnight rosy cheeks.." He kissed them both. "Goodnight beautiful Tara." He said then kissed my lips. "I love you."

"I love you more."

I knooooow! It's short and lame! I'm so sorry! Sobrang dami na kasing gawain ngayon. Sorry talaga guys. Singit lang to sa sched. Bear with me pa! 

Next chapter will be in two parts, I guess. Nothing's final,  just an overview.
